Homotopy groups of
Let be any spectrum in a class of finite spectra whose mod
cohomology is isomorphic to a free module of rank one over the subalgebra
of the Steenrod algebra. Let be the second Morava-
theory associated to a universal deformation of the formal completion of the
supersingular elliptic curve defined over
and a maximal finite subgroup of automorphism group
of the formal completion of . In this paper, we compute the
homotopy groups of by means of the homotopy fixed
point spectral sequence.Comment: 82 pages, 29 figure
On the tmf-Hurewicz image of
Let be any spectrum in the class of finite spectra whose mod-2
cohomology is isomorphic to as a module over the subalgebra
of the Steenrod algebra; let be the connective spectrum
of topological modular forms. In this paper, we prove that the -Hurewicz
image of is surjective
Poverty Targeting and Impact of a Governmental Micro-credit Program in Vietnam
It is argued that without collateral the poor often face binding borrowing constraints in the formal credit market. This justifies a micro-credit program, which is operated by the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to provide the poor with preferential credit. This paper examines poverty targeting and impact of the micro-credit program. It is found that the program is not very pro-poor in terms of targeting. Among the participants, the non-poor account for a larger proportion of loans. The non-poor also tend to receive larger amounts of credit compared to the poor. However, the program has positive impact on poverty reduction of the participants. This positive impact is found for all the three Foster-Greer-Thorbecke poverty measures.Micro-credit, poverty, poverty targeting, impact evaluation, instrumental variables, fixed-effect model
Improving Graph Convolutional Networks with Transformer Layer in social-based items recommendation
In this work, we have proposed an approach for improving the GCN for
predicting ratings in social networks. Our model is expanded from the standard
model with several layers of transformer architecture. The main focus of the
paper is on the encoder architecture for node embedding in the network. Using
the embedding layer from the graph-based convolution layer, the attention
mechanism could rearrange the feature space to get a more efficient embedding
for the downstream task. The experiments showed that our proposed architecture
achieves better performance than GCN on the traditional link prediction task

Are Migrants in Large Cities Underpaid? Evidence from Vietnam
This paper examine the difference in wages between migrants and non-migrants (native workers) in large cities in Vietnam. It is found that migrants receive substantially lower wages than non-migrants. The wage gap tends to be larger for older migrants. However, once observed demographic characteristics of workers are controlled, there is no difference in wages between migrants and non-migrants. The main difference in observed wages between migrants and non-migrants is explained by differences in age and education between migrants and non-migrants

SCREENING, IDENTIFICATION AND BIOACTIVE PROPERITES OF BACILLUS SPP. ISOLATED FROM SHRIMP PONDS OF QUANG TRI PROVINCE
Aquaculture is the farming of aquatic organisms by intervention in the rearing process to enhance production and private ownership of the stock being cultivated. However, the intensification of aquaculture practices requires cultivation at high densities, which has caused significant damage to the environment and , aquatic species are subjected to high-stress conditions, increasing the incidence of diseases and causing a decrease in productivity. This study was conducted to isolate bacteria from sediments of shrimp culture ponds based on antagonistic activity against shrimp pathogen, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and production of exocellular enzymes, protease and amylase. Three potential strains were isolated and after analysis of 16S rRNA gene, the isolated starin were identified to Bacillus subtilis (isolate QTA12 with amylase activity), Bacillus megaterium (QTP1 with proteolytic activity ) and Bacillus subtilis (isolate with antivibrio activity DK1). These isolated strains may be considered for future using in shrimp culture ponds as a very promising measure for sustainable aquaculture
Hartman-Stampacchia theorem, Gale-Nikaido-Debreu lemma, and Brouwer and Kakutani fixed-point theorems
This paper uses the Hartman-Stampacchia theorems as primary tool to prove the Gale-Nikaido-Debreu lemma. It also establishes a full equivalence circle among the Hartman Stampacchia theorems, the Gale-Nikaido-Debreu lemmas, and Kakutani and Brouwer fixed point theorems
