Applying Supervised Opinion Mining Techniques on Online User Reviews
In recent years, the spectacular development of web technologies, lead to an enormous quantity of user generated information in online systems. This large amount of information on web platforms make them viable for use as data sources, in applications based on opinion mining and sentiment analysis. The paper proposes an algorithm for detecting sentiments on movie user reviews, based on naive Bayes classifier. We make an analysis of the opinion mining domain, techniques used in sentiment analysis and its applicability. We implemented the proposed algorithm and we tested its performance, and suggested directions of development
Introduction to the Biological Effects of Terahertz Radiation
Terahertz (THz) radiation has been noted to affect biological organisms to a unique degree with various effects ranging from modifications brought to protein activity to epigenetic changes that lead to altered metabolism or reproduction. These effects are classified into thermal and non-thermal, with the former being caused by THzâs capacity to induce localised thermal changes while the latter involves more complex interactions with cellsâ macromolecules which are poorly understood. Terahertzâs ability to enhance actin polymerisation and alter gene expression leads to a number of possible applications in agriculture, as it has been observed that certain plant species have higher growth speeds post-exposure, and medicine, with cancerâs rapid division being possibly slowed down
Rehabilitation and modernization of soil erosion control works in Izvoru Berheciului catchement
The research on the technical efficiency of the soil erosion control works applied on the lands in the areas affected by
erosion serves to assess the quality of the design, execution and operation of the works, to improve their maintenance
and to improve the solutions adopted for future development. The area and the intensity of the manifestation of the soil
degradation processes encountered in the studied area determine damages by diminishing the agricultural surface and
crop losses. The analysis carried out in the territory highlights the fact that on these lands it is necessary to intervene
urgently in order to diminish within acceptable limits the manifestations of the degradation processes. In order to
increase the effectiveness of the soil erosion control works, it is considered necessary to repair and modernize the
existing works - received and taken over by the National Agency for Land Improvements Bacau - over time as well as
their completion with new ones. The negative impact in case of non-performance of the proposed works consists in
maintaining the current system of practicing an empirical agrotechnics on a random structure of agricultural crops with
negative effects on the economy of the area, soil conservation, environmental protection and life quality
Research on the technical efficiency of anti-erosion works in the Izvoru Berheciului hydro-amelioration system
This paper presents the evolution after 1990 as well as the current state of some measures and anti-erosion works related
to the agricultural land within the hydro-improvement system of Izvoru Berheciului. The surface corresponding to the
hydroameliorating system Izvoru Berheciului is about 600 km2 and has over 75% sloped fields that occupy the
hydrographic basins of Drobotfor and Berheci. The high intensity of the erosion process by water in this area required
the execution of several different anti-erosion works in the above-mentioned hydrographic watershed, which
considerably slowed the soil degradation, the inundation and the clogging of the depression zones as well as the
deterioration of the environment. The best technical efficiency among the management systems was in the forestry
works and the anti-erosion hydrotechnical works. The works on slopes for the prevention and control of surface erosion
were mostly destroyed by the impact of the application of Law 18. The data obtained highlight the need to revive antierosion activities for the conservation of soil production capacity on slopes and the efficient use of land in the reference

THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL EDUCATION TOWARDS A SUSTAINABLE DIGITAL CONSUMER IN THE ERA OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY
A more sustainable economy and society presume more sustainable behavior in terms of consumption. A change in this behavior could be brought by a change in demand. In other words, a change in the demand could be facilitated by oneâs financial and digital education. The circular economy implies the reuse and recycling of products and materials over and over again; thus, the life cycle of products and materials is extended. Engaging in recycling should have future benefits. Recycling behavior and sustainability are interrelated, the recycling process is viewed as a key issue in sustainability and prevails as pro-environmental consumer behavior. It is already known that significant changes in individual behavior are essential for society to move toward sustainability. This paper aims to explore from a quantitative perspective if digital education has an impact on consumer behavior in terms of sustainability in the era of the circular economy. This research is useful for all providers, consumers, and stakeholders involved in different businesse

Parallel symbolic execution for automated real-world software testing
This paper introduces Cloud9, a platform for automated testing of real-world software. Our main contribution is the scalable parallelization of symbolic execution on clusters of commodity hardware, to help cope with path explosion. Cloud9 provides a systematic interface for writing "symbolic tests" that concisely specify entire families of inputs and behaviors to be tested, thus improving testing productivity. Cloud9 can handle not only single-threaded programs but also multi-threaded and distributed systems. It includes a new symbolic environment model that is the first to support all major aspects of the POSIX interface, such as processes, threads, synchronization, networking, IPC, and file I/O. We show that Cloud9 can automatically test real systems, like memcached, Apache httpd, lighttpd, the Python interpreter, rsync, and curl. We show how Cloud9 can use existing test suites to generate new test cases that capture untested corner cases (e.g., network stream fragmentation). Cloud9 can also diagnose incomplete bug fixes by analyzing the difference between buggy paths before and after a patch
The use of spatial and numeric databases of digital orthophotomaps in soil quality evaluation papers
In the period between 2003-2007, digital and analog orthophotomaps at a scale 1 : 10 000 were designed for a
series of territorial administrative unities, based on aerial photogrammetric methods. The use of the digital support of
the orthophotomaps facilitates the retrieval in real time of primary technical data for the cadastre general of the graphic
fund of agricultural physical blocks and their contained plots.
Within the grounds of the administrative territory of Bilca, in Suceava County, 315 physical blocks have been
identified, with a total area of 2000,43 ha. According to the nature of the physical blocks 189 agricultural physical
blocks (AB), occupying an area of 1853,81 ha have been delimited in the unincorporated area of the territory and 126
physical blocks (SA), in the residential area, with a surface of 146,62 ha. On the digital format of the orthophotomap, at
a scale 1 : 10 000 of the physical blocks, an overlap was carried out of the thematic layer with the graphic entities of
the 24 soil unities (SU), at a scale of 1: 10 000, identified and mapped on an agricultural area of 1358,14 ha.
For the organisation, collection and validation of the technical data necessary for the cadastre general and the
quality of the soils, has been considered an area of 100,4628 ha of an agricultural sector. The overlapping of the data
layer of the soils map, one that included a spatial distribution for 10 soil units (SU) has been carried out on the digital
support of the six agricultural physical blocks and the 228 cadastral plots, respectively. The interrogation of the
relational model of the digital orthophotomap spatial and numeric database, according to the codes of the physical
blocks and the cadastral plots respectively, enables the use of this type of data in various scopes. The informational
model is based on the univocal relations between the graphic entities of the 228 cadastral plots and the specific
attributes of the cadastre general entities and the descriptive and analytical data of the soil resources quality,
respectively
Engineering measures for soil erosion control on agricultural land in the Podolenii de Sus area, Cozmesti commune, Iasi county
Lands requiring improvement are placed on slopes larger than 15%, located Cozmesti commune, in IaĆi County. The
total area of the perimeter is 50.4 ha and is located in the extravilan area. The categories of use in the area are
agricultural, stretching over 22.96 ha, namely degraded pasture, very poorly productive and 27.44 hectares now become
non-agricultural, of which 1.44 ha are roads operating damaged, impracticable and 26 ha unproductive due to excessive
surface erosion, of the formations in depth, permanent excess moisture and vineyards aging, degraded, with destroyed
biocenosis. Thus, it was proposed redevelopment the agricultural technological roads, grubbing up of vineyards the
abandoned and degraded , to execute marginal and evacuation channels in order to protect the agricultural technological
roads, leveling and modeling the lands on the slopes, creation of terraces on the arable , fertilization improvement,
works of deep loosening, deep plowing, panting, disking and the application of measures erosion control specific to the
land in slope with arable land use category. The fitting of slopes affected by surface erosion, depth erosion and
landslides, with hydrotechnical works to control leakage and consolidation, grasslands and the improvement of
degraded land contributes to the stabilization and creation of conditions for the evolution of soils, vegetation,
biocenoses in ground
