    Analizar los impactos que generan los procesos de devaluación de la moneda colombiana frente al dólar en el comercio de las ciudades (Ipiales y Tulcán)El presente Análisis Socio-Económico se desarrollará en tres capítulos. En el primer capítulo se hace referencia al marco teórico dentro del entorno del tipo de cambio, donde se menciona definiciones importantes para el entendimiento de este Análisis Socio-Económico como lo son: ¿qué es una devaluación monetaria?, ¿por qué se da una devaluación monetaria? En este capítulo se trata algunas teorías económicas que ayudan a entender el tipo de cambio y la importancia de las devaluaciones monetarias para la economía. En el segundo capítulo se hace referencia a la metodología que se implementara para realizar los análisis dentro del estudio Socio-Económico, observando variables importantes que se tomaran para llegar a la conclusión de rechazar o aceptar la Hipótesis planteada anteriormente, dentro de este capítulo se optará y se explicará la metodología a utilizar es realizar un método por medio de correlaciones utilizando un programa estadístico, con este método se llega a realizar el análisis y la obtención de resultados. En el tercer capítulo, partiendo de la información obtenida del primer capítulo, y la metodología a utilizar dentro del Análisis Socio-Económico expresado en el segundo capítulo. Se analizará la incidencia de la devaluación de la moneda colombiana dentro del comercio de las ciudades de Ipiales y Tulcán, los beneficios y dificultades que atraviesa la ciudad de Ipiales después la devaluación monetaria. Se abarcará temas de mucha trascendencia para la ciudad de Ipiales, como lo es: el porcentaje de inflación, la importancia del comercio dentro de su economía, también se tomarán en cuenta el nivel de empleo que genera el comercio en su economía, el número de locales comerciales abiertos, también se tocarán los temas que perjudican a la ciudad como lo es la inseguridad y el tráfico interno de la ciudad. En este capítulo también se analizará las dificultades que se presentan dentro de la ciudad de Tulcán, tomando en cuenta la importancia del comercio dentro de esta ciudad, las dificultades al igual que temas como: la disminución de exportaciones hacia Colombia, la inflación, la importancia del comercio para la cantidad de empleos en la economía de Tulcán, y como afecto en el cierre de los locales comerciales en la ciudad, esta devaluación monetaria. Finalmente, en base a los resultados obtenidos en el tercer capítulo se establece la aceptación o rechazo de la hipótesis planteada para dar paso a las conclusiones del presente estudio Análisis Socio-Económico
