    Get PDF
The paper present issues regarding the audit in informatics field, the audit seen as a collaborative process and how the collaborative banking systems are audited. In this paper, the methodology and techniques for an effective audit process are described. There are highlighted some aspects regarding the assessment of collaborative systems and specific flows of informatics audit.Informatics Audit, Collaborative Process, Collaborative System, Methodology, Banking

Using Genetic Algorithms for Building Metrics of Collaborative Systems

    Get PDF
he paper objective is to reveal the importance of genetic algorithms in building robust metrics of collaborative systems. The main types of collaborative systems in economy are presented and some characteristics of genetic algorithms are described. A genetic algorithm was implemented in order to determine the local maximum and minimum points of the relative complexity function associated to a collaborative banking system. The intelligent collaborative systems based on genetic algorithms, representing the new generation of collaborative systems, are analyzed and the implementation of auto-adaptive interfaces in a banking application is described.Collaborative Systems, Genetic Algorithms, Metrics, Banking, Auto-Adaptive Interfaces

This paper describe the new concepts of collaborative systems metrics validation. The paper define the quality characteristics of collaborative systems. There are proposed a metric to estimate the quality level of collaborative systems. There are performed measurements of collaborative systems quality using a specially designed software.collaborative systems, metrics, quality characteristics, quality indicators

Collaborative Educational Systems in the Virtual Environment

    Get PDF
The work leads to an original approach to the construction of collaborative systems metrics. The approach is based both on research already conducted by the author, on the experimental results obtained, and the foundation taken from the specific literature. The collaborative systems in knowledgebased economy are formalized and their characteristics are identified. The virtual campus structure is described and a comparison with the classical university is achieved. The architecture of virtual is designed and the categories of agents in virtual campus are analyzed.

This paper starts describing the key concepts of collaborative systems and the impact of this to educational systems. There are presented the main properties and quality characteristics for the collaborative educational systems. For the main quality characteristic, like portability and complexity are presented different types of indicators for an educational system. The article analyzes different ways to increase the efficiency and the performance level in collaborative educational systems.

Economic Disparities Between Eu States And Regions

EU has 27 Member States representing a community and a market of 493 million citizens, which creates further economic and social disparities between the states and their 271 regions. In a region in four, the GDP (gross domestic product) per capita is 75% below the average for the EU-27. Based on the concepts of solidarity and cohesion, regional policy of the European Union favors reducing structural disparities between EU regions, the balanced development of the community and promoting an effective equality of opportunity between people. Over the past 50 years, European cooperation has helped build highways, sewage plants, bridges, laboratories for biotechnology. She helped to revive urban areas and neglected activities, through countless projects in the poorest regions of the Union.. Two key values: solidarity and cohesion, underlying these projects and the regional policy of the European Union. The economic, social and territorial cohesion will always be at the heart of Europe Strategy 2020, a key mechanism for achieving the priorities for a smart growth, sustainable and inclusive in the Member States and regions.European Union, economic disparities, political cohesion, GDP per capita
