    Harmonization of Economics and Local Culture in the Frame of Suistainable Technological Innovation (Case Study of Ketoprak Atmodjo Budoyo in Kudur Village Pati Regency)

    Indonesia is a superpower country in the field of culture (The United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural-UNESCO). Culture can be way for the governments to improve the economy and reduce the gap in the industrial revolution 4.0. Undang-Undang nomor 5 tahun 2017 about promoting culture provides a platform for cultural development. In 2017 there were 141,732 people or equivalent with 11.38% belonging to the poor population, its means that there is 393,817 per capita per month in the poverty line in Pati. One of things that can help the economy is from the cultural sector, one of which is through the Ketoprak Cilik in Kudur village became the most influential Ketoprak  Cilik in Pati, even this Ketoprak of Dalang Bowo Asmoro’s care had scented Pati district in an international art performance in Borobudur (www.kabarkotapati.com). This Kotoprak Cilik show still requires innovation related to industrial management, such as training and schedule management (Bowo Asmoro, 2019). Ketoprak Cilik consist of elementary and junior high school students. The training is held every Saturday and Monday at Kudur Village Hall. The Kudur Village office is equipped with a broad set of gamelan and stage areas that are useful for practicing Ketoprak Cilik performances. Ketopra Cilik as a Cultural is used to instill the spirit of love of local culture to the younger generation, this is a concrete step that encourages local people to jointly build the character of the young generation through culture. The results of the small ketoprak staging will be put into the village treasury to later help the community’s economy. With this can encourage the emergence of cultural economic collaboration in the village of Kudur-Pati. This study uses qualitative methods with interviews and references from various trusted sources. This paper examines more deeply how culture plays a role in improving the economy of the community and forming the character of Indonesia’s young generation.     Antagonistic activity of three Aspergillus isolates against Fusarium wilt of banana

    Endophytic fungi have been known to play a role in protecting their host plants against diseases and extreme environments. The purpose of this study was to determine the antagonistic activity of three Aspergillus isolates against F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense (Foc), and to identify the Aspergillus identity using multilocus phylogeny analysis. Antagonistic assay by dual culture method showed that the Aspergillus sp. strain PD2, strain PD4, and strain PD5 inhibited the growth of Foc isolate by 37.31%, 26.52%, and 12.04%, respectively. Multilocus phylogeny based on ITS rDNA, beta-tubulin, and calmodulin genes sequences showed that the Aspergillus strain PD2 and strain PD4 belong to A. section Terrei, while the Aspergillus sp. strain PD5 was identified as A. sydowii of the A. sect. Versicolores

    Learning Model Based on Information Technology in an Accounting Education Courses Based on Technology at Faculty of Economics in Universitas Negeri Semarang

    It cannot be denied, nowadays technology is an inseparable part of learning in the classroom and also in the business world. Because of this there are many employers hoping that accounting and accounting education students get teaching about information technology in the field of accounting when they go to college. To fulfill this, in the College in the major of Accounting and Accounting Education curriculum, there are courses called accounting information systems (AIS), Computer Accounting and Introduction to Computer Accounting. This course, if traced back to its origin as mentioned above, is actually one of the very strategic courses. Why is it called very strategic value, because it is closely related to the development of information technology and the demands of the work world that are increasingly here becoming borderless? The teaching curriculum can be very different between each university depending on who and how the subject is coordinated. So that by using information technology learning instruments in the field of accounting developed by Wilis (2016), this study aims to examine a model of how to teach these courses in accounting education by incorporating the practice of using MS Excel in lecture meetings besides emphasizing the use of MS Visio.     UNNES Goes Conservation: Among Students’ Knowledge, Perception and Attitude of Students’ Environmental Conservation

    UNNES has a vision of becoming a conservation-oriented and internationally reputed university. It makes UNNES carries out the policies to aware and to implement the conservation values. There are 8 (eight) pillars of conservation; however, the study focuses on 5 (five) pillars which are directly on the environment. The other 3 (three) pillars relate to the culture and character conservation. The objective of the study is to understand the real condition of Students’ Environmental Conservation after implementing some conservation programs and policies conducted by UNNES. It is quantitative research taking students from UNNES (UNNES) as the population. The total population was 24,000 students and with Slovin formula; there were 393 students as the samples. Data were collected by distributing the questionnaires with 3 (three) variables; knowledge, perception, and attitudes of UNNES students on environmental conservation. Then the data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. All data were processed using SPSS 23.5 for Windows. The results of the study showed which; 1) 52% of respondents have high knowledge on Environmental Conservation; 2) 50% of the respondents have very high perception on Environmental Conservation; 3) 61% of respondents have good attitude on Environmental Conservation; and 4) simultaneously; Knowledge students (X1) and students’ perception (X2) have effects for 66.5% on their attitudes on environmental conservation (Y). Next, the partial results of students’ knowledge (X1) had an effect for 35.9% on their attitudes on environmental conservation (Y) and students’ perception (X2) had an effect for 61.3% on their attitudes on environmental conservation (Y). It means that students already have good environmental knowledge, perception and attitudes on conservation. It is suggested to improve students’ attitudes on conservation by improving their knowledge and perception. Keywords: Knowledge, Perception, Attitude, Environmental Conservatio
