The Methods and Tools for Creating a Digital Twin of Products and Assessing Their Efficiency
The paper focuses on the current problem of shaping the appearance of promising products using modern computer programs (in particular, Siemens PLM-applications). The author reviews the results obtained by companies using the modern software PLM-solutions, as well as digital design and simulation tools used when creating a digital model (digital twin) of a product in PLM systems. The effectiveness of the digital twin of future products and the economic benefits received by the organization from its creation and use at the stages of development are substantiated. The recommendations regarding the creation of a digital twin of a product are given. A formula allowing to calculate the effect of the additional profit of the enterprise obtained with the implementation of PLM systems is presented. The author proposes a set of indicators for evaluating technical and economic efficiency in PLM systems and a three-level system for determining the achieved level of automation of design work based on intelligent PLM systems. In addition, the research considers the dynamics of production costs with a digital approach; it also compares digital and traditional approaches to product manufacturing. Diversification of issued goods as the basis for stable economic development under the conditions of the cyber economy
This chapter focuses on the role of diversification in providing stable economic development for organizations under the modern conditions of the cyber economy. The author identifies the main directions in which diversification of the activities of science-driven companies should be supported by the government. The first direction includes a complex set of measures to improve the mechanisms of state regulation, which stimulate the intensive development and implementation of innovative solutions by industrial companies. The second direction proposes the development of national projects for the development and manufacture of industrial science-driven innovative products that conform to the requirements of the sixth and seventh technological modes. The third direction includes state measures to stimulate investment into various sectors of the economy to support the sustainability of innovative development, the creation of systemic elements for the Russian innovative system, and mechanisms to attract assets from nongovernmental sources into the Russian innovative ecosystem to activate new business. In order to evaluate the optimality of these directions for company diversification and their economic effects, proprietary mathematical tools are used, which allow cyber systems to make the corresponding conclusions and evaluations. The chapter illustrates the key role of cyber economic systems. In current conditions, only the effective usage of cyber economic and flexible production systems can ensure a companyβs continuing competitiveness and sustainable economic development. Management of diversificataion system in aerospace industry
The article is devoted to the development of approaches to improve the efficiency of Russian aerospace industry enterprises in terms of industry reforming given the influence of economic risks and financial instability. The article discusses the policy of the diversification of production as one of the key factors of increasing the competitiveness of domestic aerospace industry enterprises. The authors analyze the experience of domestic and foreign corporations in the sphere of diversification and conclude that Russian space enterprises and corporations lag behind the development of international companies in carrying out diversification. The interconnection between enterprise economic stability and the diversification of its production is established. The authors have developed a mathematical model for calculating the optimal structure of primary and diversified products and its impact on enterprise financial stability in the conditions of limited financial resources. The advantage of this approach is that it can be integrated in a common methodology of the diversification of industrial enterprises production. The authors have also developed the algorithm of multi-criteria evaluation and optimal distribution of the volume of resources to manufacture diversified products. The algorithm is based on dynamic programming models. The scientific results of the article can be applied to create a system to manage the diversification of production. The main functions of this system are to identify current and emerging technologies that can provide significant competitive advantage for enterprises in the potential markets of high-tech products, as well as to identify and eliminate unproductive or constraining regulations, methods and management practices that are inappropriate to diversification policy.
