Almost automorphic delayed differential equations and Lasota-Wazewska model
Existence of almost automorphic solutions for abstract delayed differential
equations is established. Using ergodicity, exponential dichotomy and Bi-almost
automorphicity on the homogeneous part, sufficient conditions for the existence
and uniqueness of almost automorphic solutions are given.Comment: 16 page
Asymptotic stability of the fourth order kink for general perturbations in the energy space
The Fourth order model generalizes the classical model of
quantum field theory, sharing the same kink solution. It is also the dispersive
counterpart of the well-known parabolic Cahn-Hilliard equation. Mathematically
speaking, the kink is characterized by a fourth-order nonnegative linear
operator with a simple kernel at the origin but no spectral gap. In this paper,
we consider the kink of this theory, and prove orbital and asymptotic stability
for any perturbation in the energy space
Dichotomies and asymptotic equivalence in alternately advanced and delayed differential systems
In this paper, ordinary and exponential dichotomies are defined in differential equations with equations with piecewise constant argument of general type. We prove the asymptotic equivalence between the bounded solutions of a linear system and a perturbed system with integrable and bounded perturbations
