Profitability Aspects of Electronic Banking Applications for Small Companies

The main goal of the paper is the presentation of the evaluation methodology of electronic-banking systems from the point of view of small companies. First, e-banking offers of six selected banks for small companies are presented. Then, all potential selection criteria and methods of their hierarchization and validation are discussed. Dialog między Naczelnym Sądem Administracyjnym a Trybunałem Konstytucyjnym w procedurze pytań prawnych

The purpose of the article is to analyze how the Supreme Administrative Court implements the right of this court to apply to the Constitutional Tribunal, enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, with a request to examine the constitutionality of the legal act applicable in a particular case. The emergence of this investigation is marked by a noticeable decrease in the number of requests submitted by administrative courts to investigate the constitutionality of a legal act, which encourages the investigation of the causes of this phenomenon. The prior application of the court for the constitutionality of a legal act encourages the analysis of a specific cooperation dialogue between the requesting court and the Constitutional Tribunal.Straipsnio tikslas yra išanalizuoti, kaip Vyriausiasis administracinis teismas įgyvendina Lenkijos Respublikos Konstitucijoje įtvirtintą šio teismo teisę kreiptis į Konstitucinį Tribunolą su prašymu ištirti konkrečioje byloje taikomo teisės akto konstitucingumą. In the context of the 2018 amendments to the Electoral Code of the Republic of Poland, which aimed to increase the participation of citizens in elections and ensure the transparency of the electoral procedures, this article analyses the impact of constitutional awareness and the perception of the essence of the mechanisms of government implementation on the active interest of citizens and their involvement in electoral procedures. The author aims to describe the essential aspects of the electoral reform and to determine whether the transformation of the electoral administration model, instead of promoting citizen participation in the electoral process, has reduced their confidence in the credibility and fairness of the electoral procedures. Lenkijos Respublikos rinkimų kodekso pakeitimų, kuriais siekta padidinti piliečių dalyvavimą rinkimuose ir užtikrinti rinkimų procedūrų skaidrumą, kontekste analizuojama konstitucinio sąmoningumo ir valdžios įgyvendinimo mechanizmų esmės suvokimo įtaka aktyviam piliečių susidomėjimui ir įsitraukimui į rinkimų procedūras. Autorė siekia apibūdinti esminius įvykdytos rinkimų sistemos reformos aspektus ir nustatyti, ar rinkimų administravimo modelio transformacija, užuot skatinusi piliečių dalyvavimą rinkimų procese, nesumažino jų pasitikėjimo rinkimų procedūrų patikimumu ir sąžiningumu.
