    The article discusses a number of climatic features that should be considered when designing polar stations in Antarctica. Recommendations are given considering the physical and psychological needs of a person. Analogs are considered, and on the basis of their analysis, design principles are developed, and the main directions of development of the concepts proposed by the authors are indicated.В статье рассматривается ряд климатических особенностей, на которые необходимо обращать внимание при проектировании полярных станций в Антарктиде. Даны рекомендации с учетом физических и психологических потребностей человека. Рассмотрены аналоги, и на основе их анализа разработаны принципы конструирования, а также обозначены основные направления развития предлагаемых авторами концепций

    The purpose of this article is to determine the role of climatic and weather conditions in the formation of the living environment of the desert regions of Egypt. The results obtained during the research will help to identify the main points in the design of buildings in hot-dry climates. Despite the urgency and seriousness of the problem, there are still no specific scientific recommendations for the formation of a living environment in desert conditions. The article examines the influence of each factor on the formation of housing, such as: wind, solar radiation, air temperature, air humidity and precipitation.Цель данной статьи - определить роль климатических и погодных условий в формировании жилой среды пустынных регионов Египта. Результаты, полученные в ходе исследований, помогут выявить основные положения при проектировании зданий в условиях жарко-сухого климата. Несмотря на актуальность и серьезность проблемы, до сих пор нет конкретных научных рекомендаций по формированию жилой среды в условиях пустыни. Architecture is a more complex type of activity, so modern technologies find their application in it, as a rule, not in the first place.В статье рассматривается вопрос перспективы использования нейросетей в архитектуре. Целью данной работы является выявление различных сценариев развития связки нейросеть-архитектура. Данная тема с каждым годом становится всё более актуальной, поскольку исследования в сфере искусственного интеллекта и нейросетей ведутся постоянно. Известны положительные примеры использования нейросетей в дизайне. При этом использование нейросетей в архитектуре ещё очень мало изучено, но, определённо, имеет большой потенциал.     Polymorphism of Angiotensinogen T174M Gene and Cardiovascular Diseases in the Moscow Population

    The groups of patients with myocardial infarction (MI) and hypertrophy of the left ventricle (HLV) (n = 45 and n = 53, respectively) and a sample of healthy individuals from the Moscow population (n = 60) were examined for T174M polymorphism of ACT gene (replacement of methionine for threonine at position 174 of the correspondent amino acid sequence). In MI patients the content of 7T genotypes and 7 allele was significantly lower than in the control group (57.8% against 80% and 67.9 against 89.2%, respectively), whereas the proportion of M allele and TM hétérozygotes was increased (32.1 against 10.8% and 37.8 against 18.3%, respectively). In patients with HLV, the proportion of 7T genotype (64.2%) and T allele (77.4%) was also lower than in the control group, whereas the frequency of M allele was increased (22.6%). Our results suggest that the T174M polymorphism of ACT gene is associated with MI and HLV in the Moscow population
