Comparative evaluation of the tribological properties of low-and medium-carbon steels after heat treatment and severe plastic deformation
Β© 2016 Advance Study Center Co. Ltd.The paper presents the results of a comparative tribological study of structural steels with a carbon content of 0.1% and 0.45%. The following thee conditions are studied: Initial (hot rolled), after heat treatment (improvement) and after improvement with subsequent severe plastic deformation (SPD) processing by equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP). It is established that the materials after different types of processing have different structural states, and demonstrate different shear strength of adhesive bonds and adhesion (molecular) components of the friction coefficient in contact with the tool steel of the R18 type. At the same time, it is revealed that the greatest effect of hardening due to microstructure refinement is observed on the specimens of low-carbon steel. Medium-carbon steel after SPD processing has approximately the same tribological properties as after heat treatment
The choice of technology hip arthroplasty with the tribological characteristics of implants
Studied the friction pair kinematic assembly hip replacements and hip human rabbits model of osteoarthritis in the dry friction and biological environment. In an experimental model of osteoarthritis in laboratory animals is illustrated by the direct correlation adhesive properties on the stage and depth of the process. Found that the tribological pair have studied various behavior characteristics depending on the magnitude of the external load and the 'hardness' of the kinematic junction.ΠΠ·ΡΡΠ΅Π½Ρ ΠΏΠ°ΡΡ ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΊΠΈΠ½Π΅ΠΌΠ°ΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠ·Π»Π° ΡΠ½Π΄ΠΎΠΏΡΠΎΡΠ΅Π·ΠΎΠ² ΡΠ°Π·ΠΎΠ±Π΅Π΄ΡΠ΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΡΡΡΠ°Π²Π° ΡΠ΅Π»ΠΎΠ²Π΅ΠΊΠ° ΠΈ ΡΠ°Π·ΠΎΠ±Π΅Π΄ΡΠ΅Π½Π½ΡΡ
