Research on Professional Skill Training implemented into College Education System
In the process of deepening the reform of higher education, one of the important issues concerned together by government, enterprise and schools is how to improve the quality of higher education and improve Students professional skills and overall quality. For the sake of meeting the needs of society and the requirements of employment units “comprehensive” talent, improving students’ professional skills and capability, this paper suggested to embed professional skill training into college education system. On the basis of establishing training model in college education system, this paper divided the model into the inner circle and outer circle. Meanwhile it pointed out setting up“2+1+1”college course to ensure the model implement successfully. Key words: professional skill training, college education system Résumé: Dans le processus de l’approfondissement de la réforme de l’éducation supérieure, un des plus importants problèmes préoccupant à la fois le gouvernement, les entreprises et les écoles est comment améliorer la qualité de l’éducation supérieure et développer la compétence professionnelle des étudiants. Afin de répondre aux besoins de la société et aux exigences des employeurs de chercher des talents « compréhensifs », et d’élever la compétence et les capacités professionnelles des étudiants, l’article présent propose d’implanter l’entraînement de la compétence professionnelle dans le système éducatif universitaire. Sur la base de l’établissement du modèle d’entraînement, l’article divise le modèle en cercle interne et cercle externe. Il suggère en même temps d’instaurer le cours universitaire « 2+1+1 » pour assuer l’application résussie du modèle. Raise Management Standards of Property Tax on Transnational Corporations
As China joined WTO, more and more foreign multinational companies will enter China. They run enterprises within the territory of China. This will inevitably play an active role in promoting the economic construction of China. But we should pay attention to some foreign multinational companies in China that often reduce the incomes of Chinese branch companies by utilizing transfer prices. Thus they achieve the goal of evading payment of duty. These make the tax revenue of Chinese Government fall sharply. So it is very important to raise management level of property tax to the multinational companies. This text explains the loss caused by the foreign businessmen using improper means to transfer prices. They import raw materials at a high price and export the products at a low price. Also the corresponding measures are made out in this paper. Key words: Multinational companies, Import at a high price and export at a low price, Current capital, Transfer prices Résumé: Avec l’adhésion de la Chine à l’OMC, de plus en plus nombreux sont les entreprises transnationales qui s’investiraient en Chine. Cela poussera inévitablement la construction économique de la Chine. Néanmoins, nons devons noter que, actuellement, des entreprises étrangères en Chine diminuent les profits des filiales chinoise en transférant les prix et atteint ainsi leur but d’éviter la taxe. De cet effet, les recettes fiscales de la Chine diminuent considérablement. Donc, il est très important d’améliorer le viveau de gestion fiscale à l’égard des entreprises transnationales. Cet article expose d’abord le déficit provoqué par les actions malhonnêtes de commerçants étrangers qui transfèrent les prix avec des moyens illégitimes pour acheter les ressources productives à haut prix et vendre les produits à bas prix, et propose ensuite des contre-mesures. Transient Global Amnesia After Ablation of the Left Lateral Accessory Pathway
Transient global amnesia (TGA) could be encountered in many situations even during invasive procedures. In ablation therapy for arrhythmia, there was only one reported case in the ablation of premature ventricular beats. We report a 31-year-old man having paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia who underwent TGA at the end of ablation and recovered quickly after 8-9 hours later. Long-term follow-up showed no neurologic deficits for 8 months
Evaluating the Risk of Tumors Diseases Based on Measurement of Urinary and Serumal Antioxidants Using the New Agar Diffusion Methods
Objectives. To discuss the characteristics of the amount of urinary total antioxidants in tumor diseases and the possibility of utilizing the changing regulation of urinary antioxidants to diagnose tumor diseases. Method. Urine and serum specimens from 130 healthy people were used to investigate the variation of antioxidant capacity against age. Urine and serum specimens from 44 unselected patients with tumors and 44 healthy people with same age background were used to explore the significance of urinary antioxidant capacity in clinic to diagnose tumor diseases. Potassium permanganate agar method and iodine starch method were used to determine the amount of total antioxidants. Results. In healthy people, more antioxidants in urine were measured in older people, while the results were opposite in serum. More antioxidants were found in urine of tumor patients than in healthy people with same age-range. Conclusions. According to the results of 130 measurements, the amount of antioxidants in urine varies by age. By using agar methods to measure antioxidants, the effect of age is required to be considered. Antioxidants levels from tumor patients were significantly higher than healthy individuals in urine. The combination of urine and serum to determine total antioxidants can better diagnose tumor diseases based on iodine starch method, with area under the receiver operating characteristics curve at 0.787
Accurate and efficient hydrodynamic analysis of structures with sharp edges by the Extended Finite Element Method (XFEM): 2D studies
Achieving accurate numerical results of hydrodynamic loads based on the
potential-flow theory is very challenging for structures with sharp edges, due
to the singular behavior of the local-flow velocities. In this paper, we
introduce the Extended Finite Element Method (XFEM) to solve fluid-structure
interaction problems involving sharp edges on structures. Four different FEM
solvers, including conventional linear and quadratic FEMs as well as their
corresponding XFEM versions with local enrichment by singular basis functions
at sharp edges, are implemented and compared. To demonstrate the accuracy and
efficiency of the XFEMs, a thin flat plate in an infinite fluid domain and a
forced heaving rectangle at the free surface, both in two dimensions, will be
studied. For the flat plate, the mesh convergence studies are carried out for
both the velocity potential in the fluid domain and the added mass, and the
XFEMs show apparent advantages thanks to their local enhancement at the sharp
edges. Three different enrichment strategies are also compared, and suggestions
will be made for the practical implementation of the XFEM. For the forced
heaving rectangle, the linear and 2nd order mean wave loads are studied. Our
results confirm the previous conclusion in the literature that it is not
difficult for a conventional numerical model to obtain convergent results for
added mass and damping coefficients. However, when the 2nd order mean wave
loads requiring the computation of velocity components are calculated via
direct pressure integration, it takes a tremendously large number of elements
for the conventional FEMs to get convergent results. On the contrary, the
numerical results of XFEMs converge rapidly even with very coarse meshes,
especially for the quadratic XFEM
