    Building informational model management automation

    No full text
This paper describes the approaches to analysis in order to optimize the construction facilities (buildings and complexes) information models management. Two criteria have been proposed and discussed for the model quality evaluation: model informational saturation criterion and model topicality criterion. Practical application of the first criterion enables to define the optimal plan of information model filling. Herewith, the optimization is carried out through the maximum volume of useful information. The criterion is used at all stages of the model life cycle during the course of the model data updating. The second criterion allows to evaluate the need in the model data update. Being a vector (in the space of the modelling object significant values) of deviation of the model data from the model object data, the criterion represents the need to initiate the model data updating procedure using the predefined rule

Computer-aided design of cyber-physical building systems

At present, an increasing number of researchers and specialists in the construction industry come to the opinion that it is advisable to use a number of technologies (BIM, Smart City, Big Data, IOT and others) in the practice of construction (in the broad sense of this concept), which are united by the concept of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The result of the implementation of these technologies in the construction should be the transition to the widespread use of cyber-physical systems. The problem of using information technologies in construction today is not due to the lack of this process as such, but to the lack of consistency and consistency in it. Fragmentary nature of the application, inconsistency of the applied technologies at different levels of management and at different stages of the life cycle of construction projects sharply reduce the potential positive effect of informatization and building automation. At the same time, the concept of cyber-physical systems, that is, the integration at the system level of physical processes and controls has proven effective in industrial production. The approaches to ensuring the processes of designing cyber-physical building systems through the development and application of General mathematical models for the processes of data exchange and management are considered. The presented models of data exchange and management of cyber-physical building systems describe the processes implemented at each stage of the life cycle of cyber-physical building systems. Functional blocks of the considered models allow to describe the processes of data collection, storage and processing on the current and past stages of the life cycle of cyber-physical construction systems. The presented models are the elements of mathematical support of the processes of designing cyber-physical building systems, which determine the processes of information exchange and management between the structures of cyber-physical building systems of different levels of hierarchy in the full life cycle

Features of BIM-modeling of engineering systems of the construction object

    No full text
In this article, the possibilities of designing engineering systems of buildings with the use of information modeling tools are considered. In particular, the aspects of the process of designing power supply systems are discussed in detail. The analysis of software products on their adaptability to design problems and the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation is analyzed using the example of calculating the required illumination level for various types of premises (lighting engineering calculation). The article considers two BIM-oriented programs performing the same process. In the course of the analysis, different approaches to accomplishing the task. In particular, similar program features were revealed, as well as their differences, which allow design engineers to develop project documentation with varying degrees of detail. Including a comparative analysis of the results of automated calculation with manual methods

This work is of interest to engineers engaged in the information modeling, management and operation of the building. The subject of the study is the software product EcoDomus, where a study was conducted on the implementation and management of industrial buildings. The purpose of the work is to consider the information management system using information modeling technologies, the advantages and disadvantages of software for managing building information systems, problems and opportunities for implementation. We used methods for analyzing the literature and technical documentation, analyzing the use of the information modeling method, analyzing the monitored parameters of the software, project structuring method, analyzing graphical models. Studies have been conducted on the implementation and management of an industrial facility. Conclusions have been made about the relevance of the use of these technologies for the management of the facility, the shortcomings of these technologies, as well as solutions for implementation

DATA-flow in the field of urban planning: basics, concept, methodology

    No full text
This article discusses the basics, concept and methodology for constructing tools that implement data exchange processes, including an exhaustive list of necessary data for the formation of information models of capital construction objects at each stage of the life cycle, as well as a plan for the development of these tools that provide information exchange processes. The technical and technological foundations for the formation of a digital information model and a scheme for verifying information transmitted from stage to stage of the life cycle of a capital construction object are stated
