Numerical modeling of interstitial fluid pressure in solid tumors : the importance of the lymphatic system
Theoretical and experimental research showed that the interstitial fluid pressure (IFP) is elevated in solid tumors compared to normal tissue, resulting in a poor prognosis and treatment resistance.
