Two salsa's medley and two dominican merengue's medley for colombian estudiantina.

La Estudiantina Colombiana, a lo largo de su existencia, ha sido un formato de exploración y una herramienta para la formación musical. Este trabajo parte de la necesidad de los autores de continuar con el desarrollo de este formato a partir de la inclusión y tratamiento de nuevo repertorio. Se planteó la elaboración de dos mosaicos de salsa y dos mosaicos de merengue dominicano para estudiantina colombiana, dando como resultado la expansión, tanto del repertorio como de las herramientas usadas en el abordaje de estos géneros musicales. Se realizó un estudio de diferentes estudiantinas como antecedentes en la exploración de tímbricas, repertorios e instrumentación, al igual que un análisis de las agrupaciones que, con este formato, se acercan al repertorio planteado en este trabajo.The Colombian Estudiantina, along its history, has been a format of exploration and a tool for the musical education. This work is created from the need of the authors of continuing with the development of this format with inclusion and treatment of new repertoire. The creation of two medley of salsa and two medley of Dominican merengue were proposed for the Colombian estudiantina, resulting with the grown, of the repertoire as well as the tools used to approach these music genres. A study of different estudiantina through history was also made for background in timbres, repertoire and instrumentation, as well as an analysis of groups, of this format, that are close to the repertoire in this work
