This research aims to 1) determine the characteristics of the business and a partnership PT. Mitra Anugerah Animals, 2) analyze the level of satisfaction of broiler breeders in partnership with PT. Mitra Anugerah Animals. The research was conducted in January in District Lubuk In Siak Regency penilayan type is descriptive using quantitative data. Data analysis was performed by descriptive, analytical Costomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). executed partnership is the core plasma model Contract Farming. The partnership pattern PT. Animal Anugerah Mitra is a closed partnership, farmers are not allowed to sell crops or supply of livestock production facilities of the other party. Company helps the plasma in terms of capital by providing the means of production. This study used seven variables to determine the level of satisfaction of the farmer, After calculation using the Customer Satisfaction Index Customer Satisfaction IndexI known value is 76.18%. This value is based on the satisfaction index of plasma ranch, then Customer Satifaction Index PT. Mitra Anugerah reached 0.76 Animals are in the range of 0.66 to 0.80 in general level of satisfaction of the farmer are the criteria are satisfied. analysis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) variable quality of the means of production of livestock is in quadrant I (highest priority) that have low performance, variable price contracts sapronak, the role of technical service, and bonuses are in quadrant II (keep achievement) and variable admission procedures partners , delivery schedule and harvesting sapronak broilers are in quadrant IV (redundant)

Analisis Pendapatan Peternak Ayam Broiler Pola Kemi1raan Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was done at Pr. Unggas Jaya in Pekanbaru City, the research goals wanted to know companies patnership implementation toward broiler\u27s farm, also to know the income differences at differMt company scales. . This research was done during three month.. from August to November 2003. This research was case study and using sensus as sampling technique toward 16 broiler\u27s farm. The populations were devJded into three calegories, scale I10.000 chicken. The results show the patnership models that could be realized are letter of agreement, raising nest type, land ownership letter of broiler\u27s farm, sapronak of the companies, companies technical assiStance. Peran Penyuluhan dalam Pemberdayaan Petani Kelapa Pola Swadaya di Desa Igal Kecamatan Mandah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

The purpose of this study are: (1).To determine the implementation of agricultural extension in the village of Igal; (2).To determine the role of education and the empowerment of farmers in the coconut farm self pattern; (3) To analyze the relationship counseling role towards the empowerment of farmers. This research was conducted in the village of Igal District of Mandah Indragiri Hilr. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method with consideration that the location of its extension activities and the active oil production areas. 30 self-help coconut farmers were taken as respondents. Analyzing the validity and reliability of measuring instruments. Analysis of the data to answer the first goal is to use descriptive qualitative, the second destination using a Likert scale. On the third goal using Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results showed: (1).In the implementation of the extension such as the elements of counseling in the village of Igal quite done well. (2). The average role of counseling in the Village Igal Subdistrict Mandah Indragiri Hilir Regency already "Role". Where the activities "Role" there are 11 indicators of 21 existing indicators. While the"Quite Simply" there are 10 indicators of 21 existing indicators. The rest of the activities do not get the category"Very Less Action"or"Less Action". This shows that the extension activities in Igal Village,Mandah Sub District have been good for the coconut farmers in Igal village (3). Tingkat Partisipasi Anggota Koperasi Unit Desa Milik Bersama di Desa Bukit Lingkar Kecamatan Batang Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

The purpose of this research was to know the degree participant of members Milik Bersama cooperation in Bukit Lingkar, Batang Cenaku in indragiri hulu regency. This research used survey method. The total of sample this research was 42 people who gain by using formula slovin. This research was using random sampling. The sample found randomly from 889 members Milik Bersama cooperation. The collecting data of this research was using primary data and secondary data. To analyze the degree and the problems at participation of this research was using descriptive method. To obtain the degree of participation of getting result at meeting, implementation of participant in cooperation activities, participant to gain the function of service, and evaluation of programs cooperation. The degree of members participation measured by using quesioner of Likert Scale. The degree participant of members Milik Bersama cooperation in Bukit Lingkar, Batang Cenaku, Indragiri Hulu Regency was high with score 3,64. High of the degree participant on members Milik Bersama Cooperation support by high participant members on meeting, implementation, service, also evaluation programs of cooperation. In another side, the programs Milik Bersama Cooperation in Bukit Lingkar, Batang Cenaku, Indragiri Hulu Regency had some problems that related by the degree of participant were pasif on cooperation activities, attendance, lack gave ideas on meeting, less armada dum truck, and participant on activity and evaluation of programs Milik Bersama Cooperation

Analisis Pendapatan Pedagang Air Akar di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru

This research aims to analyze the income of Root Water trader at Tampan Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. Root Water is a traditional healthy drink from West Sumatera. This is the first research that talks about Root Water at Agribusiness Major, Agricultural Faculty, Riau University. Method which is used at this research is census method. The amount of respondent on this research are 21 traders. Business scale of this research is categorized as micro-scale business, as the number of employee that is participated on this business is only one or two participant per single operational day. None of the business owner at this research went bankrupt. According to the result of this research, the number of average net profit (advantage) from root water trader at Tampan Subdistrict Pekanbaru City is Rp.3.591.390,-
