    Microincisional cataract surgery is a safe procedure with a very short learning period for an experienced cataract surgeon and rollable ultrathin intraocular lenses eliminate the need for enlargement of corneal incision. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cataract surgery through a corneal microincision and implantation of rollable ultrathin intraocular lenses.
