This article briefly presents the trajectory of the institutional regulations that have made it possible to advance in the installation of the gender perspective in Education and the ethical, political and institutional consequences that challenge and stress the education system as a whole. The article is an excerpt from the not yet published document Analysis of the Chilean Educational System from the Gender Perspective. This document was prepared at the resquest of the Gender Equity Unit of the Ministry of Education (Mineduc) with the objective of having relevant and current information on Education and Gender in the context of the process of Reform of the education system carried out in the recent years.Este artículo presenta brevemente la trayectoria de la normativa institucional que ha permitido avanzar en la instalación de la perspectiva de género en Educación y las consecuencias éticas, políticas e institucionales que desafían y tensionan al sistema educacional en su conjunto. El artículo es un extracto del documento aún no publicado Análisis del Sistema Educativo Chileno desde la Perspectiva de Género (Mineduc, 2018). Tribunalia. Aquí opino yo: Diseñando una herramienta de justicia amigable para niños

This paper presents the development process of the Tribunalia tool, a three-dimensional representation of a courtroom, similar to a board game, based on the approaches of legal Design and child-friendly justice, which allows children to learn about the courts and how they work, to make the judicial process a less stressful experience, avoiding their re-victimization. The tool was developed in a transdisciplinary Design process that involved various professionals through stages that involved its ideation, conceptual development, and initial prototyping. Later, with the participation of students from the Design program at Universidad de Chile, it was rethought, iterated, prototyped, and a reproducible prototype was manufactured by semi-industrial means to allow for its implementation within the Chilean legal system. To account for this process, the article presents the concepts of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking and Legal Design and/or for justice, establishing a theoretical relationship between them, as well as the social, legal, and psychological foundations that gave rise to the tool. Subsequently, the project Design methodology and the details of the final proposal are presented, concluding with the discussion and reflections on its implementation and future development.Este artículo presenta el proceso de desarrollo de la herramienta Tribunalia, una representación tridimensional, a modo de juego de mesa, de una sala de audiencias, basada en los enfoques del Diseño legal y justicia amigable para la niñez, que les permite conocer los tribunales y su funcionamiento, con el fin de hacer del proceso judicial una experiencia menos estresante, y evitar su revictimización. La herramienta fue desarrollada en un proceso transdisciplinario de Diseño que involucró a diversos profesionales a través de etapas que involucraron su ideación, desarrollo conceptual y prototipado inicial para posteriormente, con la participación de estudiantes de la carrera de Diseño la Universidad de Chile, volver a idear, iterar, prototipar y fabricar un prototipo reproducible por medios semi-industriales para permitir su implementación dentro del sistema legal chileno. Para dar cuenta de este proceso el artículo presenta los conceptos de Diseño centrado en el usuario, Pensamiento de Diseño y Diseño Legal y/o para la justicia, para establecer una relación teórica entre estos, así como los fundamentos sociales, legales y psicológicos que dieron origen a la herramienta. Posteriormente se presenta la metodología proyectual de Diseño y los detalles de la propuesta final, y se concluye con la discusión y reflexiones sobre su implementación y desarrollo futuro

El presente libro hace parte de los trabajos del grupo de psicología de la Red de Investigación Perspectiva Epistemológicas Ibero-Americano de la Haya para la Paz, los Derechos Humanos y la Justicia Internacional. Se pressenta como el volumen 3 de la Colección Perspectivas Iberoamericanas sobre la justicia. Así mismo, se inscribe dentro de los proyectos estratégicos de desarrollo del área de Psicología Jurídica de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Diego Portales - UDP (Chile), de quien ha recibido financiamiento para la impresión de la presente obra
