PAD awareness: role of educational projects.

Ti has been recently well documented that PAD is a strong marker of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Nevertheless, PAD is still understimated and undertreated. This prevents that patients have access to optimal treatment programs and adequate correction of their cardiovascular risk. The implementation of an angiological network based on a web platform can help increase awareness of the importance of treating this disease, helping to reduce mortality and morbidity. The circulation of information and educational tools at all levels is constructed following and integrated system which enables quality, target adequacy easy to access and clarity to come to the fore
