    The use of Information Technologies and the Communications in education has caught up with a lot of prosperity, his implementation in the process of teaching learning is crucial. A diagnosis made to the educational software used in the Informatics Engineering career and present-day investigations confirm that there are limitations in the apprehension by the first year students of the contents on the work with matrixes in the subject Linear Algebra. In order to give a solution to the presented problem, the authors set for themselves as objective develop an information system for the learning of the work with matrixes in the subject Linear Algebra in the of Informatics Engineering career in University of Granma. As a result a software for the learning of the work with matrixes and the step by step visualization of the solution of exercises was developed. The software is based in the theoretical referents of communication and the development with resources for the blended learning and modular teaching with a high collaborative component. It was developed with such technologies as HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery and NetBeans. Extreme Programming (XP), which is an agile methodology, was used as a methodology of development of software. After analysis, usefulness and reliability of the software obtained are checked, which contributes to the technical training of the students in the career of engineering and to the improvement of the learning of the work with matrixes.El uso de las Tecnolog铆as de la Informaci贸n y las Comunicaciones en la educaci贸n ha alcanzado mucho auge, su implementaci贸n en el proceso de ense帽anza-aprendizaje es crucial. Un diagn贸stico efectuado a los software educativos que se utilizan en la carrera de Ingenier铆a Inform谩tica e investigaciones actuales, confirman que existen limitaciones en la aprehensi贸n del contenido del trabajo con matrices en la asignatura de 脕lgebra Lineal en los estudiantes del primer a帽o de la carrera. Para dar soluci贸n al problema planteado, los autores se proponen como objetivo desarrollar un sistema inform谩tico para el aprendizaje del trabajo con matrices en la asignatura 脕lgebra Lineal de la carrera de Ingenier铆a Inform谩tica en la Universidad de Granma. Como resultado se obtuvo un tutorial para el aprendizaje del trabajo con matrices y la visualizaci贸n paso a paso de la soluci贸n de los ejercicios, sustentado en los referentes te贸ricos de la comunicaci贸n, del desarrollo de recursos para la ense帽anza semipresencial y modular con un alto componente colaborativo. El software se desarroll贸 con tecnolog铆as como HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery y NetBeans. Se utiliz贸 como metodolog铆a de desarrollo de software Extreme Programming (XP) que es una metodolog铆a 谩gil.     The distribution of school uniforms in the province of Granma is a process that is carried out in the different study centers of the province. The current research paper is aimed at developing a computer system that allows the control of the distribution of school uniforms in the province of Granma. It proposes a new algorithm based on Q-Learning to optimize the scheduling of the process of making school uniforms in clothing workshops. The Q-Learning algorithm of Reinforced Learning is a solution to the problem of sequencing tasks with a Flow Shop environment in a real context. The development of the computer system is based on free and multiplatform technologies. The technologies are HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery and CodeIgniter. Extreme Programming was used as an agile methodology of development of software and the Model-View-Controller as an architectural pattern. A comparison of the results obtained from the execution of the algorithm with real data of the entity is performed. After analysis of the tests carried out, usefulness and reliability of the software developed are checked, which contributes to the improvement of the distribution of school uniforms in the province of Granma.Keywords: Distribution, School uniform, Computer system, Scheduling.doi: https://doi.org/10.36825/RITI.09.19.001聽聽La distribuci贸n de uniforme escolar en la provincia de Granma es un proceso que se lleva a cabo en los diferentes centros de estudios de la provincia. La presente investigaci贸n est谩 dirigida a desarrollar un sistema inform谩tico que permita el control de la distribuci贸n de uniforme escolar en la provincia de Granma. En ella se propone un nuevo algoritmo basado en Q-Learning para optimizar la planificaci贸n del proceso de elaboraci贸n de los uniformes escolares en los talleres de confecciones. El algoritmo Q-Learning del Aprendizaje Reforzado es una soluci贸n al problema de secuenciaci贸n de tareas con ambiente Flow Shop en un entorno real. El desarrollo del sistema inform谩tico se basa en tecnolog铆as libres y multiplataforma. Las tecnolog铆as son HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery y CodeIgniter. Se utiliz贸 como metodolog铆a de desarrollo de software Extreme Programming que es una metodolog铆a 谩gil y como patr贸n arquitect贸nico el Modelo-Vista-Controlador. Se realiza una comparaci贸n de los resultados obtenidos a partir de la ejecuci贸n del algoritmo con datos reales de la entidad.
