El diseño de un programa de salud ocupacional para la empresa beneficia directamente a los trabadores, visitantes y sobre el estado de la seguridad en el trabajo que se maneja dentro de la empresa PUBLITERM, ya que esta última debe propender por velar por la seguridad de todos sus trabajadores tal cual como está consagrado en la legislación colombiana, por medio de la cual se estable que se deben brindar condiciones óptimas y seguras para que los trabajadores puedan realizar sus funciones bajo unas condiciones seguras de trabajo y de bienestar laboral. Para la empresa es de vital importancia que este tema se investigue de manera responsable y objetiva ya que por medio de esta investigación se puede obtener mucha información útil y valiosa que puede contribuir a evitar muchos accidentes laborales y a construir un escenario laboral dentro de la empresa que cumpla con todos los requerimientos de ley y garantice la integridad física y la seguridad de todos los trabajadores de la empresa.The design of an occupational health program for the company directly benefits workers, visitors and the state of workplace safety that is handled within the company PUBLITERM, since the latter must strive to ensure the safety of all of its workers as it is enshrined in Colombian legislation, by means of which it is established that optimum and safe conditions must be provided so that workers can perform their duties under safe conditions of work and work well-being.
