Espacialidades, ‘Mistanásia’ de travestis e pessoas transexuais e a criminalização da homotransfobia

This text aims to understand the social death -mistanásia, that travestis and transsexual people suffer from the transphobia experienced in multiple scale. Our reflection basis is the result of 20 interviews with travestis, trans women and trans men who experience or have experienced higher education levels in southern Brazil. From the discourse content analysis of these speeches, it is evident that from the discursive category 'transphobia', the main spatialities constituted by this action of intolerance refer, in order of importance, to educational spaces, workplaces, home, church and to the body. Our argument shows that the lives of travestis and trans people are lived on the geographical walk of a long death row, which is constituted by ‘mistanásia’, culminates in physical death, the definitive elimination of these people.Este texto tem por objetivo compreender a morte social - mistanásia que travestis e pessoas transexuais sofrem a partir da transfobia vivenciada em múltiplos espaços. Nossa base de reflexão é o resultado da realização de 20 entrevistas com travestis, mulheres trans e homens trans que vivenciam ou vivenciaram os espaços educacionais de nível superior no Sul do Brasil. A partir da análise de conteúdo do discurso destas falas, evidencia-se que a partir da categoria discursiva ‘transfobia’, as principais espacialidades constituídas por esta ação de intolerância referem-se, em ordem de importância, aos espaços educacionais, ao trabalho, a casa, a igreja e ao corpo. Nossa argumentação evidencia que a vida de travestis e pessoas trans é vivida na caminhada de um longo corredor da morte, que constituída pela mistanásia, culmina na morte física, a eliminação definitiva destas pessoas
