    Buddhism was born in India from the 6th century BC, in the condition of society divided by unequal caste system. Buddhism was born as the successor and continuation of famous religious and philosophical movements of ancient India and is considered as one of the social doctrines against injustice in contemporary society. Propagation of the Dharma is a noble and sacred duty of a Buddhist disciple, because the purpose of the Buddha's birth was for the benefit of the many, out of compassion for the world, for the happiness and well-being of gods and species. people. Therefore, the Buddha's teachings are a practical way of life, inseparable from human beings. If you do not bring the righteous Dharma to all sentient beings to inherit, then Buddhism has no benefit.     The industrial revolution 4.0 has a strong impact on production activities, creating a great change in production methods and social life. Successfully implementing the industrial revolution 4.0 is a strategy of "going ahead, getting ahead" for Vietnam to become a "start-up" country, creating a "breakthrough" step in the process of rapid and sustainable development; affirming the position and stature of Vietnam in the region and the world. As one of the important resources of Buddhism in particular, over the years, Buddhist female intellectuals have constantly developed and made active contributions to the process of integration and development of the country and Buddhism.     Experimental Evaluation on Engineering Properties and Drying Shrinkage of No-Cement Mortar Produced by Alkaline Activation of Fly Ash-Slag Mixtures

    Turning locally available industrial by-products such as fly ash (FA) and ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBFS) into cement-free materials has been recently received much attention from researchers. Following this trend, the present study produces alkali-activated mortars (AAFS) using a mixture of FA and GGBFS as a precursor activated by an alkaline solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate. Five AAFS mixtures were prepared for the evaluation of engineering properties, drying shrinkage, and microstructural observation using various FA/GGBFS ratios of 30/70, 40/60, 50/50, 60/40, and 70/30. The experimental results show that the proportions of FA and GGBFS significantly affected the performance of the AAFS in both fresh and hardened stages. Higher GGBFS content resulted in a reduction in flowability and higher fresh unit weight. The GGBFS-rich AAFS developed its mechanical strength faster than the FA-rich AAFS and the strength gain of the GGBFS-rich AAFS was significantly higher than that of the cement-based mortar at only 1-day old, confirming the applicability of AAFS as a structural material and its potential to replace cement in the no-cement mortar production. The AAFS sample incorporating 60% of GGBFS and 40% of FA exhibited the highest strength, lowest water absorption, and less drying shrinkage with a relatively dense microstructure among the AAFS samples

    Factors influencing well-being of special education teachers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

    Increasing numbers of special education teachers are leaving jobs across different cultures and countries, which leads to teachers’ well-being has gotten more attention over the past decades. This study aims to investigate the levels of well-being and explore the factors influencing well-being in special education teachers in Vietnam. Special education teachers (N = 81) from three special education schools and a special education Centre in Vietnam were involved in the current study. Descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression were used to examine the levels of well-being and determine whether life satisfaction, job satisfaction, self-compassion, and salary and benefits influencing the well-being levels among teachers. The results show a positive correlation between well-being and job satisfaction, life satisfaction, self-compassion, and salary and benefits. Additionally, multiple regression analysis reveals that life satisfaction, self-compassion, and salary and benefits influence well-being levels positively, meaning that teachers with increased life satisfaction, self-compassion, and salary and benefits have higher levels of well-being. The present findings contribute to the general discussion about the nature of well-being and the influential factors in teachers’ well-being. It is highly suggested that organizations/schools provide appropriate policies and increase the special education teachers' well-being in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

It is used for the treatment of peptic ulcers, gastroesophagal reflux disease, and erosive esophagitis. Herein, we report our synthetic study of esomeprazole sodium salt from the starting    2-mercapto-5-methoxybenzimidazole and 2-(chloromethyl)-4-methoxy-3,5-dimethylpyridine hydrochloride reagents.     Thermal treatment of polyvinyl alcohol for coupling MoS2 and TiO2 nanotube arrays toward enhancing photoelectrochemical water splitting performance

    Solar-driven photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting, using semiconductor photo-electrodes, is considered a promising renewable energy source and solution for environmental sustainability. Herein, we report polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as a binder material for combining MoS2 and TiO2 nanotube arrays (TNAs) to improve PEC water splitting ability. By a thermal treatment process, the formation of the π conjunction in the PVA structure enhanced the PEC performance of MoS2 /TNAs, exhibiting linear sweeps in an anodic direction with the current density over 65 µA/cm2 at 0 V vs. Ag/AgCl. Besides, the photoresponse ability of MoS2 /TNAs is approximately 6-fold more significant than that of individual TNAs. Moreover, a Tafel slope of 140.6 mV/decade has been obtained for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) of MoS2 /TNAs materials. © 2021 by the authLicensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerla

    Two eupolauridine alkaloids, eupolauridine (1) and 8-methoxyeupolauridine (2), together with a phenanthrene compound, 2,7-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethoxyphenanthrene (3), were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Polyalthia nemoralis barks.
