    The Relationship Between Macroeconomic Variables and Small-and-medium-enterprises in Indonesia

    This study analyses the interaction between macroeconomic variables and indicators of small and medium enterprises (SME) in Indonesia. The analysed data include GDP, inflation, unemployment, poverty number, the number of SME business units, total SME employment, and SME investment. It uses Granger Causality Test and VECM. It suggests that macroeconomic variables and SME indicators have one causal direction. In addition, there are short term and long term relationships between macroeconomic variables and indicators of SME. The response of macroeconomic variables for indicators of SME takes 4.5-5 years to stabilize. Meanwhile, the contribution of SME to GDP indicator is likely to increase from quarter 1 to 64

    This study aims to analyze the supply chain of red rice in Boyolali District. The supply chain analysis covers parties in the supply chain, internal and external analysis and supply chain model. The research data using primary data with number of respondents about 60 farmers. Methods of analysis are using descriptive-qualitative and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the parties in the supply chain of red rice are a family/farmer, businessman/trader, partner/farmer groups, and their companions of agriculture industry. Meanwhile, internal analysis showed that red rice has a high price and resistant to pests but require a relatively long period of planting. External analysis showed that red rice has a market mainly processed food industry, but the public has not much to like the texture of it

    Faktor-faktor Penentu Dana Pihak Ketiga Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia Tahun 2010-2017

    Perkembangan dana pihak ketiga (DPK) Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) cenderung meningkat setiap tahun. Peningkatan ini diharapkan relevan dengan peningkatan kinerja keuangan USAhanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dana pihak ketiga Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2017. Metode analisis data menggunakan data panel dengan Random Effect Model (REM). Metode ini dipilih sebagai model terbaik berdasarkan Uji Chow, Uji Hausman, dan Uji Lagrange Multiplier. Data penelitian ini terdiri atas time series sebanyak 8 tahun dan cross section sebanyak 10 BUS. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia (BI) dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah bagi hasil, biaya promosi, dan jumlah kantor layanan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode penelitian bagi hasil, jumlah kantor layanan, dan biaya promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap DPK BUS. Selain itu, hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu sebesar 0.869811. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 86.9811% variasi variabel dependen dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel independen. Untuk itu, BUS dapat mengkaji ulang penetapan tingkat bagi hasil, biaya promosi dan jumlah kantor layanan untuk mendorong capaian dana pihak ketiga secara progresif

    An Empirical Investigation of Outsourcing Implementation in the Indonesian Manufacturing Industry

    This study aims to identify regulations and analyze the determinants of outsourcing implementation in the Indonesian manufacturing industry using an analyctic hierarchy process (AHP). We examines both the Indonesian Labor Law–Act No. 13/2003 and the Regulation of Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 19/2012 on Conditions for Outsourcing the Implementation of Work to Other Companies. The results suggest that business efficiency, human resource development plan, types of outsourcing, wage level and worker incentive, recruitment and training cost, skilled worker and productivity, recruitment process, and government regulation are the priority factors to implement outsourcing in Indonesian manufacturing industries

    This study identifies and analyzes competitiveness factors of food commodities in Central Java. The research data covers primary data with 245 respondents of food commodities sellers. The research method was using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP calculation results show that food competitivesness factors involve: a) the agricultural sector investment with a value of 0.28; b) agricultural infrastructure with a value of 0.24; c) government program of food security and safety with a value of 0.20; d) government\u27s active role in supervision of food with a value of 0.18; e) the accessibility of local food commodities with a value of 0.06; and f) the high demand for domestic food with a value of 0.05

    The goal of this study is to look at the relation and contribution value, while the impact of world oil price on the macroeconomic Indonesian form 1980 to 2010. This Study used Vector Auto Regression (VAR) method and tool of VAR used are Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Variance Decomposition. The results of study finds a positive relation and statistically significant impact of world oil price on inflation and real GDP Indonesian, but not significant and negative relation on real exchange rates.
