ISPC Commentary on CGIAR Portfolio: CRP-II

The ISPC (also drawing on reviews by external experts and referring to reviews of Phase 1 and Extension proposals) reviewed 13 CGIAR Research Program (CRP) pre-proposals and nine Expressions of Interest (EoIs) for four Cross-cutting Platforms (CCPs) between 17 August and 28 September. Eight pre-proposals received overall ratings of “Satisfactory with adjustments needed” (B), four were considered to have “Major concerns” (C) and one was considered not to have met the basic criteria for a CRP and therefore did not receive a rating
