Pengaruh Pemberian Pakan Yang Berbeda Terhadap Laju Pertumbuhan Rotifera (Brachionus Plicatilis)

The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of the different feed on rotifers (Brachionus plicatilis) growth rate. The research was conducted at brackish water Aquaculture Development center, Ujung Batee. The research used the non factorial Completely Randomized Design with fine treatments of feed, nabely : Control (Nannocloropsis), 100 gof tempe, 100 g of shrimp paste, 50 g of tempe + 50 g of shrimp paste, 70 g of tempe + 30 g of shrimp paste with three replicatins. The Bioassay was 20 ind/ml of Brachions plicatilis. The result of ANOVA shomed that the different conposition of tempe and shrimp paste gave the significant effect (p < 0.05 )on the growth rate of rotifers. The best growth rate was obtained at treatment with 50 g of tempe + 50 g of shrimp paste.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian pakan yang berbeda terhadap laju pertumbuhan rotifera (Brachionus plicatilis). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2015 sampai dengan November 2015 bertempat di BalaiBudidaya Air Payau Ujung Batee. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap non faktorial dengan 5 taraf perlakuan berdasarkan pakan uji, yaitu kontrol (Nannocloropsis),tempe 100 g, terasi 100 g, tempe 50 g + terasi 50 g, tempe 70 g + terasi 30 g dengan tiga kali ulangan. Organisme uji yang digunakan adalah Brachionus plicatilis sebanyak 20 individu/ml. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukan bahwa variasi pemberian pakan terasi dan tempe tiap perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap laju pertumbuhan rotifera. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan 50 g tempe + 50 g terasi

Kebiasaan Makan Ikan Lontok (Ophiocara Porocephala) Di Perairan Sungai Iyu, Kecamatan Bendahara, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang Provinsi Aceh

The objective of the present study was to examine the feeding habit of lontok fish (Ophiocara porocephala) harvested from Sungai Iyu waters, Sub District of Bendahara, Aceh Tamiang District, Aceh Province, Indonesia. The samplings were done from September to November 2014 one week interval. The results showed that in its natural habitat the lontok fish eat shrimps, crabs, small fishes and snails, therefore this species is a carnivore fish where shrimp is the predominant food item in their stomach.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebiasaan makan ikan lontok (Ophiocara porocephala) di Perairan Sungai Iyu, Kecamatan Bendahara, Kabupaen Aceh Tamiang, Provinsi Aceh. Pengaruh Jumlah Pemberian Pakan Ikan Tongkol (Euthynnus Affinis) terhadap Laju Pertumbuhan Rotifera (Brachionus Plicatilis)

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of milkfish (Euthynnus affinis). The research was conducted at Bachish Water Aquaculture Development Center on November, 2015. The research used the nonfactorial Completely Randomized Design method with fine treatments: control (Nannochloropsis sp.), 2 gram, 4 gram, 6 gram and 8 gram of milkfish fed to rotifers with four repetitions. The result of ANOVA showed that the different mass of milkfish ted to rotifers gave the significant effect (P<0.05) on the growth rate of rotifers. The higher growth rate of rotifers (10.08 ind/ml) obtained at 8 gram of milkfish as much of 10.08 ind/mlTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ikan tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) terhadap pertumbuhan rotifera (Brachionus plicatilis). Penelitian ini dilaksankan di BBAP, Ujung Batee pada bulan November 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap non faktorial dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. yaitu: kontrol (Nannochloropsis sp), 2 gram, 4 gram, 6 gram dan 8 gram massa ikan tongkol. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa pemberian  massa ikan tongkol yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap pertumbuhan rotifera. Pertumbuhan tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan dengan massa 8 gram ikan tongkol yaitu sebesar 10,08 ind/m
