Diagnostic and Therapy in Children Maxillofacial Hemangiomas

В статті узагальнено клініко-діагностичні особливості і принципи лікування гемангіом м’яких тканин щелепно-лицевої ділянки у дітей. Наведено результати лікування 36 дітей з різноманітними класифікаційними формами гемангіом щелепно-лицевої ділянки. Доведено, що раннє активне лікування пацієнтів данної категорії препаратами стероїдного ряду дозволяє досягти хороших косметичних та функціональних ефектів, значно полегшуючи та прискорюючи процес реабілітації. В статье обобщены клинико-диагностические особенности и принципы лечения гемангиом мягких тканей челюстно-лицевой области у детей. Представлены результаты лечения 36 детей с различными классификационными формами гемангиом челюстно-лицевой области. Доказано, что раннее активное лечение пациентов данной категории препаратами стероидного ряда позволяет достичь хороших косметических и функциональных эффектов, значительно облегчая и ускоряя процесс реабилитации. The purpose of the paper is systematization of clinicodiagnostic features and principles of treatment of children maxillofacial soft tissues hemangiomas. In each case the individual approach should be used to define the nosological form of hemangioma, considering the specific situation, with the use of both routine methods of analysis and state-of-the-art technical capabilities and diagnostics. A differential approach should be used during the selection of method of intervention onto hemangioma, though the preference should be given to less invasive modes at the early stage of the therapy, steroid therapy in particular, which enables to obtain satisfactory cosmetic and functional effects in 66,7 % of cases, ensuring minimal injure of tissues during the follow-up surgical correction. The provided data can be the base for further advanced studies related to the analysis of the effectiveness of conventional methods of therapy of children maxillofacial hemangiomas at the early stages of treatment

В статті представлено клініко-морфологічні закономірності перебігу гнійного ранового процесу м’яких тканин щелепно-лицевої ділянки у дітей, хворих на гострий одонтогенний остеомієліт тіла нижньої щелепи. Наведені дані можуть стати підгрунтям для подальших досліджень щодо оптимізації лікування гнійних ран різної локалізації. В статье представлены клинико-морфологические закономерности течения гнойного раневого процесса мягких тканей челюстно-лицевой области у детей, больных острым одонтогенным остеомиелитом тела нижней челюсти. Представленные данные могут быть основанием для дальнейших исследований, касающихся оптимизации лечения гнойных ран разной локализации.
