ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ РОБОТИ МЕДИЧНОЇ СЕСТРИ З ВІЛ-ІНФІКОВАНИМИ ПАЦІЄНТАМИ

Abstract. The article analyzes the role of a nurse in providing care for HIV patients. It has been shown that the catastrophic spread of the human immunodeficiency virus necessitates a clear organization of medical staff work with HIV-infected patients, which substantiates the need to increase the level of knowledge of the nurse in the field of medical science. Medical nurses must constantly remember that the contingent they work with is people with severe chronic illness, not only medical but also psychological pathology. It is necessary to be very attentive, carefully carry out all algorithms, to use all deontological achievements of medical science and to constantly raise your level of knowledge.У статті проаналізовано роль медичної сестри у забезпеченні догляду за ВІЛ-інфікованими пацієнтами. Показано, що катастрофічне поширення вірусу імунодефіциту людини зумовлює необхідність чіткої організації роботи медичного персоналу з ВІЛ-інфікованими пацієнтами, що обґрунтовує потребу підвищення рівня знань медичної сестри у даній галузі медичної науки. Медичним сестрам постійно потрібно пам’ятати, що контингент з яким вони працюють це люди з тяжким хронічним захворюванням не тільки медичного, а і психологічного характеру. Необхідно бути дуже уважними, ретельно виконувати всі алгоритми, використовувати всі деонтологічні надбання медичної науки і постійно підвищувати свій рівень знань

РОЛЬ МЕДИЧНОЇ СЕСТРИ В ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ ПРОФІЛАКТИЧНИХ ЗАХОДІВ У ХВОРИХ НА ХРОНІЧНЕ ОБСТРУКТИВНЕ ЗАХВОРЮВАННЯ ЛЕГЕНЬ

The article analyzes the impact of the developed training course on the state of health of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) before and after the training. The training includes general and a special parts. General part addresses the issues, oriented on healthy lifestyle (smoking cessation and alcohol ), organization of work and living conditions, primary and secondary prevention of diseases, promotion of physical education, sports and influenza vaccination, multimedia COPD training course, understanding the causes of exacerbation of COPD and methods of their prevention, discussion of the need for adequate and regular treatment. The role of a nurse in the prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is to identify the risk factors of this pathology in particular patient and conduct special individual training. It improves both physical and emotional state of patients with COPD.У статті проаналізовано вплив розробленого навчального курсу на самопочуття хворих на хронічне обструктив­не захворювання легень до і після проведеного навчання. Воно складалося з загальної та спеціальної частини. У загальній частині розглядали питання, які орієнтовані на ведення здорового способу життя (відмову від куріння та алкоголю), організацію умов праці та побуту, первинну та вторинну профілактику захворювань, пропаганду занять фізкультурою та спортом, пропаганду вакцинації проти грипу, показ мультимедійного навчального курсу із ХОЗЛ, вивчення причин загострення хронічного обструктив­ного захворювання легень та методів їх попередження, обговорення необхідності адекватного та регулярного лікування

ФОРМУВАННЯ ГОТОВНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ МЕДСЕСТЕР ДО ВЕДЕННЯ ПЕРВИННОЇ ПРОФІЛАКТИКИ ЗАХВОРЮВАНЬ НА ВІЛ/СНІД

The article presents data on the level of knowledge of the future nurse about the urgency of the problem, the prevention of HIV infection, risk factors of infection, transmission pathogens and methods of protection. It has been established that 54 % of respondents in the monitoring study consider their own level of knowledge about HIV / AIDS prevention to be sufficient. The results of the survey show that the general indicator of sufficient awareness of HIV / AIDS problems is 36 %, while the remaining 18 % have incomplete knowledge.У статті наведені дані про рівень знань майбутніх медсестер із питань актуальності проблеми, профілактики ВІЛ-інфекції, факторів ризику інфікування, шляхів передачі збудника, методів захисту. Встановлено, 54 % респондентів моніторингового дослідження вважають достатнім власний рівень знань щодо профілактики ВІЛ/СНІДу. Результати анкетування свідчать, що загальний показник достатньої обізнаності з проблем ВІЛ/СНІД становить 36 %, а решта 18 % осіб мають неповні знання

Ranking Assessment of the Development of the Knowledge Economy in Regions of Ukraine

The article is dedicated to studying regional aspects of knowledge economy assessment. The aim of the article is to form a ranking of Ukraine’s region in terms of the level of development of the knowledge-based economy using the taxonomy method and determine the spatial links between the territorial units in the local and global contexts. According to the aim set in the article, a comparative analysis of the knowledge economy index in Ukraine, European countries, and Central Asia is conducted; the indicator of the taxonomic development of the knowledge economy in regions of Ukraine is determined; the regions are grouped according to the value of the knowledge economy index and the knowledge index in the period 2012-2015, and their dynamics is analyzed; a ranking of Ukraine’s regions in terms of the development level of the knowledge economy is formed
