Pop Culture Pedagogies: Perspectives and Possibilities

This panel seeks to promote dialogue to expand, complicate, and articulate our interactions with pop culture texts. Employing a variety of theoretical approaches, each panelist will explore ideologies and issues emerging from the study of popular culture in order to promote discussions and deepen understanding of our engagements across various forms of media, including television drama, southern music, film, and video games.
