EFEKTIVITAS PORTABILITAS DALAM PROGRAM JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL (JKN) DALAM RANGKA MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BAGI MASYARAKAT

Prinsip portabilitas dalam penyelenggaraan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) oleh BPJS Kesehatan bertujuan untuk memastikan perlindungan dan aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan bagi peserta JKN di wilayah yurisdiksi Indonesia. Prinsip ini meliputi perlindungan yang berkelanjutan bagi peserta hingga akhir hayat mereka dan perlindungan bagi mereka yang pindah pekerjaan atau tempat tinggal di dalam negeri. Namun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi prinsip portabilitas ini belum optimal akibat ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan dan infrastruktur yang kurang memadai. Keterbatasan ini mengakibatkan akses terbatas terhadap layanan kesehatan di luar wilayah tempat tinggal peserta, sehingga mereka harus memutuskan apakah akan beralih ke fasilitas kesehatan yang berbeda atau menggunakan fasilitas yang sudah ada di daerah tempat tinggal mereka. Studi ini menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan prinsip portabilitas dan mengusulkan perlunya regulasi teknis untuk memfasilitasi akses yang lancar ke layanan kesehatan bagi peserta JKN di berbagai wilayah. Mengatasi tantangan ini akan meningkatkan efektivitas dan inklusivitas program JKN, serta mempromosikan akses kesehatan yang adil bagi semua peserta di seluruh Indonesia.   Kata kunci: Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), Prinsip Portabilitas, Pelayana

COMMUNITY VULNERABILITY TO FLOOD DISASTER PROBLEMS

Flood is an event of flow or stagnation of water in an area that occurs due to the overflow of water from existing canals exceeding the capacity of water disposal caused by high rainfall and the topographical conditions of the area in the form of lowlands to basins, causing physical, social and economic losses. This type of research is qualitative research because the results of this research were obtained from various data collection techniques such as interviews, document analysis, observation and documentation. The population in this study were residents in Tanjung Rejo Village, Medan Sunggal District. The sample is part of the population that has a quality that can represent the entire population. The sampling process was carried out non-randomly (nonprobability sampling) with a purposive sampling technique, namely the method of taking samples based on certain withdrawals. ANALISIS KETERSEDIAAN TENAGA KESEHATAN SERTA STANDAR PROFESI STAFF DI UPT PUSKESMAS PARGARUTAN KECAMATAN ANGKOLA TIMUR KABUPATEN TAPANULI SELATAN

Puskesmas as a provider of basic health services has a very important role in maintaining public health. If it functions properly, the puskesmas will be able to provide quality services for people in need. The success of puskesmas in carrying out their programs is determined by the availability of human resources (HR) that are balanced between medical personnel on one side and promotive and preventive personnel on the other. The relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers is obtained that there is a relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) with education and skills as well as means of supporting work. Research Methods: The author of this article uses a descriptive qualitative method that seeks to describe an object or subject of an inductive nature. Result: Inappropriate tupoksi due to limited health workers in puskesmas, especially limited skills based on the type of education. As a result, there are health workers who are in charge of programs that do not match their skills. Conclusion: The lack of health workers makes the tupoksi incompatible with the educational background of the staff in charge of the program at the Puskesmas
