    The purpose of designing a media campaign Dilon coffee & eatery This is to introduce to the public. The research was conducted using qualitative research method is to conduct interviews, observation, documentation, and literature to get the data used to support the drafting of a media campaign design. Data were analyzed using multiple stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. From the data analysis found some keywords that refer to promotional media communication strategy that will be used to achieve the target audiance ditujuh. After analysis of the data, ditemukanlah concept or keyword designing a media campaign called "casual". Description casual concept is the simplicity that can be used by anyone. The concept of "casual" aims to show that the Dilon coffee & eatery is a café that has an appeal that is different from the others. The concept aims to convey casual café identity through the design of promotional media.

But unfortunately this genre of music began to be abandoned by the people of Surabaya . Especially after Gombloh and Franky died , and Leo Kristi began to move to Bandung .     Batik is a legacy of Indonesia which have been recognized or established by UNESCO since October 2, 2009. Batik has a significance or meaning in each of its motives. The rapid lovers of batik making it grows each days, until each region competing to have a motif that contains the meaning according to the characteristics or in accordance with the characteristic of the area. Unfortunately Ngawi region still lacks of its batik's motif. Even around the year 2009 until the year 2010, Ngawi begans to experience the crisis of batik's enthusiasts. Lessening on batik also the interest to develop the regional characteristics. In fact, if viewed from the potential contained in Ngawi, it's very supportive to improve or develop Ngawi's batik. Therefore, this study aims to design the icon of Ngawi's batik's motif as a media campaign in support of the creative industries. The design of this motif is using the method of data collection with qualitative way, that is by interview, observation and study of the existing literature, which is very important to determine the concept of the design that will be designed. From the results of the data collection, the concept that emerged is “Modern”. “Modern” is the concept of a motif‘s design, designed in a contemporary style or the present time to develop an existing motif. The concept is used by most of the motif's design, good design and the chosen color. There should be an effort to attract the attention of Ngawi's residents, thus motif were designed and packaged in a modern way, different from another existing motif. One of them is to design a motif that contains the icons of Ngawi by combining colors characteristic of Ngawi, by hoping that this medium can be a medium that can redevelop Ngawi's batik, and boost the spirit batik's enthusiasts, for Ngawi's batik and the potential that Ngawi has can be known by the public

    Ukuran keberhasilan suatu sistem software ditentukan seberapa besar sistem software itu memenuhi/sesuai dengan tujuannya. Requirement Engineering (RE) merupakan proses untuk menemukan tujuan tersebut. Salah satu pendekatan dalam RE yang saat ini berkembang sangat pesat adalah Goal OrientedRequirements Engineering (GORE), karena GORE melengkapi kekurangan pada pendekatan tradisional yang lebih menekankan pada pemodelan low-levelnya, dimana GORE pada high levelnya juga. Goal adalah kondisi/keadaan yang ingin dicapai oleh pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) suatuperusahaan/organisasi/sistem. Terdapat 3 level/tingkatan dari goal, yaitu: highest level, high level, dan low level. Sedangkan cara/teknik mengidentifikasi goal ada beberapa, diantara yang disarankan adalah mengekstrak dari pernyataan-pernyataan resmi (intentional statements) berdasarkan: transkrip interview,kebijakan perusahaan (enterprise policies), visi dan misi perusahaan (enterprise mission statements), sasaran perusahaan (enterprise goals), diagram workflow, dan skenario yang ditulis stakeholder. Sedikitnya telah terdapat 17 metode dalam GORE, diantaranya juga ada metode yang merupakangabungan maupun pengembangan dari metode-metode yang lain. Dari hasil klasifikasi metode GORE yang telah dilakukan terhadap aktifitas REnya, terlihat bahwa masing-masing metode mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan serta titik berat tersendiri. Walaupun tidak dinyatakan secara implisitmendukung strategi e-Government, sebagian besar instansi pemerintah telah mempunyai dokumen resmi/peraturan baku (dalam bentuk peraturan pemerintah) yang berisi visi, misi, tugas pokok dan fungsi, maupun peraturan-peraturan lainnya yang lebih detil. Sehingga GORE sangat cocok untukmengembangkan Aplikasi Kemerintahan. Aplikasi kepemerintahan juga mempunyai karakteristik khususjika dibandingkan dengan aplikasi enterprise/bisnis pada umumnya, yaitu pada goal/sasaran/orientasinya. Kalau aplikasi bisnis lebih berorientasi pada profit/keuntungan sedangkan service/pelayanan merupakan pendukungnya, maka aplikasi kepemerintahan lebih berorientasi pada pelayanan sedangkan keuntungan hanya sebagai pendukung.
