    PENGEMBANGAN ASPEK NON VERBAL PERILAKU ASERTIF DENGAN ASSERTIVE TRAINING

    This study aim at to know that assertive training effective to develop non verbal aspect from assertive behavior.This Quasi experiment’s  pretest-posttest one control group design, Participants were 45 polytechnic students. The members of the experimentsand the control groups were randomly chosen. The treatment assertive training were given to the experiments group 0f 23 students. The 22 students did not experience the treatments. The data were collected  by questionnaires and doing observation. Different tes (t test) was employed to analise the data. It is found that  no difference non verbal aspect assertive behavior  between experiments and control groups in pretest situation. There is difference significantly between pretest and   posttest for non verbal aspect assertive behavior.There is difference significantly for non verbal aspect assertive behavior between eksperiment and control groups..     Turnover intention is affected by many factors. The objective of this research is to analyze theinfluence of workload (X1), work-family conflict (X2), and job insecurity (X3) on job satisfaction(Y) and the impact on turnover intention (Z) partially and simultaneously. The method ofcollecting data are questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentary study. The amount ofsample is 100 production department employee. Path analysis is used in analyzing this research.The result shows that workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity partially havenegatively and significantly influence on job satisfaction and also have simultaneouslysignificant influence on job satisfaction. Workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity givecontributions to job satisfaction of 41,1% while 58,9% were influence by others variables. Whilejob satisfaction partially have negatively and significantly influence on turnover intention.Workload, workfamily conflict, and job insecurity partially have positively and significantlyinfluence on turnover intention and also have simultaneously significant influence on turnoverintention. Workload, work-family conflict, job insecurity, and job satisfaction give contributionsto turnover intention of 62% while 38% were influence by others variable

    The influence of Exemplary Leaders, Non-Physical Environment and Reward to Work Discipline (Case Study on PT Apparel One Indonesia 2)

    This study aims to find out the partial and together influence variables of exemplary leaders, non-physical work environment, and reward for employee work discipline at PT X. The data collection method in this study uses questionnaires and literature study. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling technique and the sample of this study was 95 employees of the PT Apparel One Indonesia production 2. The data analysis technique used was multiple regressions. From this multiple analysis, it can be found that the exemplary leaders, non-physical work environment, and reward affect employee work discipline. The results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows that the exemplary leaders, non-physical work environment, and reward affect work discipline by 40.3%, while 59.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. The most dominant variable influencing works discipline is the reward, then the exemplary leaders and finally the non-physical work environment

    This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment procedures, the appeal of physical working environment, and the appeal of compensation toward motivate job applicants operator PT Pan Brothers Tbk and Group. The data that were used was primary data from 100 respondents, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to estimate the influential factors. According to data analysis result, the multiple linear regression was Y = 12.665 + 0.384 X1 + 0.458 X2 + 0.313 X3, the coefficient of F test = 0.000 (<0.05), which means that all independent variables simultaneously had significant influence toward dependent variable. This research used 5% significant level, the coefficient of T test for the recruitment procedure (X1) = 0.011, physical work environment (X2) = 0.008, and compensation (X3) = 0.038, the significant value for all independent variables < 0.05, it means that the recruitment procedures, the physical working environment, and compensation partially has significant effect toward the motivation of job applicants operator. While the Determination Coefficient (Adjusted R2) = 0337, or 33.7%, it means that the recruitment procedure (X1), physical work environtment (X2), and compensation (X3) contributed 33.7 % to the motivation of job applicants operator (Y), while the remaining 66.3% were determined by other variables not examined in this study

    The development of technology and information can be used by a company to build the customer trust.  A customer  trust is needed to make long term relationship between customer and a company. This research is implemented to know the influence of Information Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience On Customer Trust at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Klaten Kota by knowing the partial and simultaneous influence of information quality, service quality and customer experience toward customer trust at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Klaten Kota. The data used in this research is primary data taken by interviewing the manager of  PT PLN (Persero) ULP Klaten Kota and customer questionnaires. The sample in this research is 100 customers of  PT PLN (Persero) ULP Klaten Kota. The Sampling technique used is purposive sampling and insidental sampling.  The sata analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of coefficient determination showed that 82,3% of customer trust is influenced by information quality,  service quality and customer experience. While,  the other is influenced by a other factors which are not examined in this research. The hypothesis result showed that information quality doesn't have a significant effect toward customer trust partially, service quality has significant effect toward customer trust and customer experience has a significant effect toward customer trust.     The research aims to analyze the influence ofQuality of Work Life on Quality of Life case study on operator employee of Container Crane and Rubber Tyre Gantry PT Pelindo III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang. The independent variables of this research are Occupational Health and Safety, Compensation and Work Environment while The dependent variable is Quality of Life. The methods of data collection are questionnaire completion, direct observation and literature review. The sample of this research are 70 respondents and instrument tests used are the validity test and reliability test. The technique of analysis used in this research were multiple linear regression analysis and classic assumption test. The result of multiple linier regression analysis could be shown by the regression equation Y=27,213+0,605X1+0,463X2+0,824X3. Coefficient determination in this research was0.592, which meant that 59.2% of heavy equipment operator’s Quality Life could be influenced by Occupational Health and Safety, Compensation and Work Environment, whereas the remaining of 40.8% is influenced by others variables which are not observed in this research.     This study aims to determine the influence of the organizational culture and workload on employee work achievement at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang both simultaneously and partially. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population used in this study was 115 employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. The sample in this study was 60 employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The types ofdata used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression. Data analysis techniques for hypothesis testing used the F test, t test and R2 test. This study indicates that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work achievement. (2) workload has a significant positive effect on employee work achievement. (3) organizational culture and workload have a significant effect on employee work achiement, and (4) partially the dominant influence is workload. Organizational culture and workload contributed 37,3% to employee work achievement. This means that 62,7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. The next researcher should be able to use variables that are not used in this study. namelywork discipline, work environment, loyalty, work motivation and job satisfaction

    The Influence of Top Results, Number of Labor and Within Time on Tea Production Volume at PT Pagilaran UP Pagilaran Batang

    Tea is one of the result in Indonesian agricultural and plantation commodities. Today the tea is produced into powdered tea. There are some production factors affect the volume of tea production. This research aims to know the influence of tea leaves yield, amount of labors, and withering time of tea leaves as independent variables to the volume of tea production as the dependent variable at PT Pagilaran, Pagilaran Production Unit. This research used secondary data in the numbers form and then analyzed by classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and goodness of fit model. The results showed that tea leaves yield and withering time of tea leaves have significant influence on the volume of tea production, while the amount of labors have not significantly influence on the volume of tea production. Furthermore, tea leaves yield, amount of labors, and withering time of tea leaves together influence the volume of tea production at PT Pagilaran, Pagilaran Production Unit.
