Real-time PCR detection of <i>V. coralliilyticus</i> P1 cells in mixed cultures containing proportional numbers of <i>V. tubiashii</i> 19109<i>^T</i> cells.

Phylogenetic tree (using the neighbour-joining method) of Type I (1.8 kb), II (2.3 kb) and III (2 kb) metalloprotease genes from <i>V. coralliilyticus</i> and <i>V. tubiashii</i> (with <i>V. splendidus</i> included as an outgroup).
