MEPHI’S EXPERIENCE IN FORMATION OF PERSONNEL RESERVE PARTICIPANTS

This paper highlights NRNU MEPHI’s experience of involvement of employees in project-oriented forms of activities and also in University program for increasing its competitiveness by the means of effective team building and orientation on the result attainment. The authors consider the system of personnel reserve formation at the University based on the best practices of successful companies, in particular the state atomic energy corporation Rosatom. Achievement of results and task solving by the participants of personnel reserve are possible due to formation of a pool of highpotential employees and the development of the competences necessary for NRNU MEPhI for the solution of perspective tasks of change management, organizational design, structural development and efficiency management. Personnel reserve is viewed as a competitive advantage of the University within the Program of competitiveness

Аналіз розповсюдженості фенотипів системи груп крові АВ0 серед населення України

The article shows new data on the prevalence of various blood group phenotypes of AB0 system in Ukraine,     the dynamics of its fluctuations being analyzed over the last decade and the degree of interregional variations being established in comparison with the latest thematic research in 1979. Based on the analysis, the most common blood group in AB0 system in Ukraine is identified and the expediency of using the obtained statistical data in the practice of forensic lab experts is shown.В статье приведены новые данные о распространенности различных фенотипов групп крови системы АВ0 в Украине, проанализирована динамика ее колебаний за последнее десятилетие и степень межобластных вариаций по сравне- нию с последним тематическим исследованиям 1979 года. На основе анализа выделена наиболее распространенная в Укра- ине группа крови системы АВ0 и показана целесообразность использования полученных статистических данных в практике судебных экспертов-иммунологов.У статті наведено нові дані щодо поширеності різних фенотипів груп крові системи АВ0 в Україні, проаналізовано динаміку її коливань за останнє десятиріччя та ступінь міжобласних варіацій у порівнянні з останнім тематичним дослідженням 1979 року. На основі аналізу виокремлено найбільш поширену в Україні групу крові системи АВ0 та показано доцільність використання отриманих статистичних даних у практиці судових експертів-імунологів
