Discutir sobre um projeto teórico feminista a partir da América Latina requer que se exponha uma série de discussões que envolvem tanto considerações pós-colonialistas como pós-estruturalistas. Destarte, este artigo procura mirar-se sobre a teorização produzida a partir do "Terceiro Mundo", de um país (ou um conjunto de países) do Sul global, o que abriria potencial espaço para a interlocução com a produção no campo mainstream do conhecimento político, como também com as várias perspectivas inclusas no que se pode designar como uma "teoria política feminista" ocidental.Discussing a feminist theoretical project from Latin America requires exposing a series of debates which involves considerations from both post-colonial and post-structuralist theories. Thus, this article aims at focusing on the theory generated from the "third world", from a country (or a set of countries) of the global South, which would open a potential space for dialogue within the production in the mainstream of political knowledge, as well as with the several perspectives ded in what we can call Western "feminist political theory"

Por que seria importante chamar a atenção para o eslocamento teórico das questões da democracia para as questões de justiça social? Quais dimensões estão implicadas neste deslocamento? Por quê? Qual foi ou tem sido o papel das teorias feministas neste contexto recente? O que é uma teoria política feminista? Quais são as contribuições da teoria política feminista ocidental para a reflexão sobre a América Latina? Por que teorias da justiça e não a teoria democrática? Quais são as contribuições feministas para as teorias da justiça social? Refletir sobre estas perguntas e algumas outras que se articularão, serão alguns dos enfoques tomados neste trabalho. Enquanto a realidade social e política manifesta explicitamente as demandas de várias minorias por justiça social nas e através das instituições políticas, as teóricas e os teóricos sentem-se constrangidos e empenhados a agir com e a partir da complexidade e multidimensionalidade desta agenda, visto que todo e qualquer confronto político contemporâneo perpassa pela dívida social contraída pelo Estado liberal democrático. O trabalho analítico aqui desenvolvido reflete esta realidade e se propõe a expor os deslocamentos e formas alternativas de teorização sobre a justiça social nas teorias políticas e suas interfaces com as questões oriundas da discussão sobre a política e o político. Somando-se a isto, a perspectiva central abordada é feita por feministas, que ao mesmo tempo em que endereçam críticas aos principais temas, autores e conceitos dentro do campo do conhecimento político, procuram desenvolver novos modelos e arcabouços teóricos destacando aspectos masculinistas, elitistas, racistas, heteronormativistas das teorias que eram (e que, de certa forma, ainda são) centrais para o campo do conhecimento político. A lógica da dissertação obedece, no decorrer dos capítulos, alguns deslocamentos que não são vias de mão-única, mas discussões teóricas e conceituais que se desarticulam e transitam em vias de mão-dupla: do mainstream (ou male-stream) do campo do conhecimento político para projetos desafiadores e críticos; da relação conturbada entre práxis e conhecimento para processos alternativos de conciliação entre estes campos; da política ao político; de modelos monistas e/ou binários para modelos complexos; e, do global e universal ao local e contingente. Enfim, este é um trabalho que resgata as discussões sobre a política, o político e os enquadramentos teóricos da justiça social, nas disputas e deslocamentos no campo do conhecimento político, na teoria política feminista ocidental e no projeto teórico político feminista latino-americano.What does it means to say that there are feminist theories of social justice? Why it is important to call attention to the theoretical shift from issues of democracy to issues of social justice? What dimensions are involved in this shift? Why? What was or has been the role of feminist theory recently in this context? What is feminist political theory? What are the contributions of Western feminist political theory for reflections on Latin America? What are the feminist contributions for theories of social justice? Why theories of justice and not democratic theory? Some of the approaches used as guidelines hopefully are going to give us the answers and reflections comcerning these questions among others that are going to be objects of discussion. While the social and political reality explicitly expresses the various minorities demanded for social justice, through the political institutions, theorists feel compelled and committed to theorize within the complexity and multidimensionality of this agenda since that any contemporary political confrontation is embraced by social debt incurred by the liberal democratic state. This dissertation reflects this reality and aims to expose the reframing and alternative ways of theorizing about social justice within political theories and their interfaces with issues on discussion about politics and the political. The central perspective of the discussion is done by feminists, who while addressing criticism on the main topics, authors and concepts within the field of political knowledge, they also seek to develop new models and theoretical frameworks highlighting the masculinist, elitist, racist, heteronormativist theories that were (and to some extent, still are) central to the field of political knowledge. The logic of the dissertation continues, through the chapters, with deslocations that are not one-way direction shifts, but theoretical and conceptual discussions that disarticulate and follow two-way shifts: from the mainstream (or male-stream) that characteizes the field of political knowledge to challenging theoretical projects and critics; from troubled relationship between knowledge and praxis to alternative processes of reconciliation between these fields; on politics to the political; from unitary to binary or complex theoretical models; and about global and universal to local and contingent issues. This work brings up discussions on politics, the political and theoretical frameworks of social justice through disputes in the field of political knowledge, the Western feminist political theory and the project of a feminist political theory in Latin America
