Dispositivo de compostaje BioVivum

En la actualidad existen diversos problemas que afectan directamente al medio ambiente como la contaminación ambiental, el cambio climático, la escasez de agua y otros que degradan constantemente nuestro planeta. Hoy en día, un problema latente identificado en la sociedad viene a ser ¿a dónde va la basura que desechamos día a día? ¿Será utilizada para algo positivo en nuestro país? Partiendo de dicha premisa, el presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo exponer el modelo de negocio de “BioVivum”, donde ofrecer al mercado un dispositivo que convierte los desechos orgánicos en abono para plantas. Esta propuesta puede optimizar reciclaje de desechos orgánicos de una forma sencilla y rápida en la comodidad de los hogares, pudiendo usarse el abono en jardines y con ello, colaborar con el mejoramiento de la calidad de la tierra y el aire, gracias a que este dispositivo reduce el tiempo del compostaje tradicional, que dura aproximadamente un mes, a tan solo unos pocos días. Este trabajo se consiguió gracias a datos obtenidos través de entrevistas a profundidad, estudios sobre la contaminación global, marketing, planeamiento de operaciones, RRHH, y la estructura de los recursos económicos y financieros. Este emprendimiento tiene el potencial de ser un negocio rentable, por la tendencia de entidades gubernamentales para crear normas solicitadas por la OCDE que ayuden a combatir la contaminación en nuestras ciudades y el cumpliendo de los estándares internacionales tiene como fin, el poder ingresar en esta importante organización.Currently, there are various problems that directly affect the environment such as environmental pollution, climate change, water scarcity and others that constantly degrade our planet. Today, a latent problem identified in society is, where does the garbage that we discard every day go? Will it be used for something positive in our country? Starting from this premise, the present research work aims to expose the business model of "BioVivum", where we offer to the market, a device that converts organic waste into compost for plants. This proposal can optimize recycling of organic waste in a simple and fast way in the comfort of homes, being able to use the compost in gardens and with it, collaborate with the improvement of the quality of the land and air, thanks to the fact that this device reduces the time of traditional composting, which takes about a month, to just a few days. This work was achieved thanks to data obtained through in-depth interviews, studies on global pollution, marketing, operations planning, HR, and the structure of economic and financial resources. This enterprise has the potential to be a profitable business, due to the tendency of government entities to create standards requested by the OECD that help combat pollution in our cities and the purpose of complying with international standards is to be able to enter this important organization.Trabajo de investigació
