PENGARUH PEMBERIAN BELIMBING DAN MENTIMUN TERHADAP PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI DESA LAU KERSIK KECAMATAN GUNUNG SITEMBER KABUPATEN DAIRI

Hypertension is a disease that is not uncommon in the community, including the Bukit Lau Kersik village. People with hypertension often do not show long-term symptoms and can be life-threatening. However, one of the management of hypertension that can be used as non-pharmacological therapy is consuming starfruit juice and cucumber which is quite easy to find in the Bukit Lau Kersik village. This combination of juices contains potassium which can reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This study used Equivalent Time Sample Design with 14 subjects with hypertension in the Bukit Lau Kersik Village, Gunung Sitember Subdistrict, Dairi District. The technique of this research sample used Non-Probability Sampling with Saturated Sampling. The instrument used was a sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope. Bivariate data analysis in this study was the Wilcoxon statistical test. Based on the data analysis performed, the value of p is 0.011 < 0.05 was obtained, meaning that there was a significant relationship between giving star fruit juice and cucumber to hypertensive patients. Then it can be concluded that there is an influence between giving star fruit and cucumber juice to blood pressure reduction in hypertensive patients in Bukit Lau Kersik Village Gunung Sitember Subdistrict, Dairi District in 2019. PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TERAPI MUSIK TERHADAP PENURUNAN INTENSITAS NYERI PADA PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA

The World Health Organization (WHO) sets the average standard of sectio caesarean delivery in a country to be around 5-15 percent per 1000 births in the world.In Indonesia, the results of Basic Health Research in 2013 showed births with a caesarean section of 9.8% out of a total of 49,603 births from 2010 to 2013. Nursing problems that often arise in cases of post sectio caesarea are pain caused by trauma to the tissue due to tissue damage and direct irritation to the receptors. The nurse's independent action to control the pain felt by the patient is to do pain management with non-pharmacological techniques, namely music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy on pain intensity reduction in post sectio caesarea patients. This study used a quasi-experimental design method with a non equivalent control group design. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 32 respondents, 16 experimental groups and 16 control groups. This study used the Wilcoxon non-parametric test. The results of this study indicate the P-value (0.001) <α (0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of music therapy on the decrease in pain intensity in post-sectio caesarea patients in the hybrid room Sembiring General Hospital

Authoritarian Parenting Is Assoociated With Bullying Behavior In Teenagers At Smp Negeri 1 Namorambe, Deli Serdang Distriet In 2023

Adolescence is a period of rapid physical, psychological, and intellectual growth and development. Bullying is an aggressive action that one person repeatedly takes against another, causing physical or mental harm to the victim. Authoritarian parenting style emphasizes the importance of children obeying all parental rules. The study involved 86 students as study subjects, selected using non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study used a parenting style scale based on the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) and a bullying behavior scale based on the Bullying Questionnaire by Putri (2018). These data were subsequently analyzed using the Chi-square test, yielding a result of CI = 0.001. The hypothesis was tested using a Cross-Sectional correlation. The correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.306 with a significance of 0.004 ). The study results indicated a positive relationship between the tendency of bullying behavior and authoritarian parenting style at SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe. As the authoritarian parenting style increases, the incidence of bullying behavior also increases. Conversely, the authoritarian parenting style decreases, the incidence of bullying behavior decreases as well. In conclusion, this study reveals a moderate positive relationship between authoritarian parenting style and bullying behavior among adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe in 2023
