Modèle de planification généralisé à la conduite hiérarchisée des activités dans une chaîne logistique

La recherche d'une conduite globale de la chaîne logistique cohérente avec les décisions de gestion locales à chaque partenaire nous amène à proposer une architecture de conduite combinant approche hiérarchisée et approche distribuée. Des travaux antérieurs ont contribué à développer des modèles analytiques traitant conjointement le problème de planification des activités de production, stockage et transport des matières dans les organisations distribuées. L'objet de ce papier est de compléter l'approche en orientant la réflexion sur la généralisation de ces modèles dans le cadre d'une hiérarchisation du problème de conduite. Les différents modes de pilotage sont abordés au travers de la décomposition récursive de toute unité de production en un centre de conduite gérant un réseau de ressources. L'approche analytique, présentée dans un premier temps dans le cadre d'une planification globale des chaînes logistiques, est ensuite étendue à la gestion des activités propres aux entreprises composant le réseau en abordant le problème de l'intégration des modèles de conduite globale et locale

Modèles de macro-planification pour le pilotage des chaînes logistiques : étude autour d'un cas type

La tension des flux physiques associée à un recentrage de l'activité des entreprises autour de leur savoir-faire sont quelques uns des facteurs clés qui justifient l'émergence de nouvelles structures comme les chaînes logistiques. Le problème du pilotage de ces dernières reste aujourd'hui entier lorsqu'il est abordé dans toute sa globalité. L'objet de ce travail est de proposer une approche générique de pilotage des chaînes logistiques, au travers de l'expression de modèles analytiques traitant conjointement le problème de planification des activités de production, stockage et transport des matières. Nous définissons le périmètre de notre étude sur un cas type de chaîne logistique. Nous discutons des différentes architectures de conduite appropriées. Nous caractérisons alors les modèles de macro-planification pour enfin conclure sur l'impact et la pertinence de chacun quant à la maîtrise des performances sur la chaîne logistique

Collaborative Planning for Enterprises Involved in Different Supply Chains

This paper is to propose a generic analytic model to plan activities performed by common resources shared between different order makers. Considering the problem in a distributed and collaborative decision making context, a negotiation-based approach is proposed and systematized to express information exchanged between order makers and convergence criteria needed to rapidly calculate relevant planning solutions

Interoperability of Enterprise Software and Applications

Interoperability: the ability of a system or a product to work with other systems or products without special effort from the user is a key issue in manufacturing and industrial enterprise generally. Assessing the impact of control architectures on supply chains performances

This paper describes a generic and global approach to manage supply networks. Analytic models are proposed to solve the production/transport planning problem of the whole supply chain, including stocks management. Per-formances resulting from the centralized / distributed control architectures implementation are then compared and discussed
