Совершенствование системы подбора персонала организации

Предметом исследования данной работы являются теория и практика организации процесса поиска, отбора и найма персонала на предприятии.Целью диссертационного исследования является изучение теоретических и практических аспектов системы подбора персонала организации и формирование предложений по ее совершенствованию. В процессе исследования были рассмотрены теоретические материалы, отражающие ключевые понятия концепции управления знаниями в организации. В результате исследования получены следующие результаты: 1). Разработаны рекомендации для внедрения системы управления знаниями в ООО "Торговый Дом Сибирь" с учетом специфики предприятия. 2) Сформированы методические основы внедрения системы управления знаниями на предприятии.The subject of this study is the theory and practice of organizing the process of searching, selecting and hiring personnel at the enterprise. Псевдолинейный регулятор для объектов управления с запаздыванием

Цель работы – разработка, исследование и программная реализация псевдолинейного регулятора для объектов управления с запаздыванием. В процессе выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы рассмотрены линейные, нелинейные и псевдолинейные корректирующие устройства. Произведен выбор псевдолинейного корректирующего устройства с фазовым опережением, проведено исследование его работы в составе системы автоматического регулирования (САР). Разработан, исследован и программно реализован псевдолинейный регулятор для объектов управления с запаздыванием. Исследование свойств корректирующих устройств и САР осуществлялось с применением программных пакетов Matlab и MathCad.The goal of the work is the development, research and software implementation of a pseudo-linear controller for control objects with delay. Особенности физико-химических свойств нефтей как показателей нефтяных систем (на примере Пермского свода)

The physical-chemical properties of the oil of the Permian Arch oil fields are considered. Based on 838 oil samples from seven Paleozoic gas and oil complexes, ranges of physical-chemical indicators, including density, sulfur, nitrogen, resins, asphaltenes, paraffins and metalloporphyrins, were established. The physical-chemical characteristics of oil are considered as identifiers of the conditions for the formation of oil and gas potential. By performing cluster analysis based on 353 samples, five homogeneous physical-chemical groups of oil (clusters) were identified. The properties of oil of oil and gas complexes and clusters are presented in the "box plot" diagrams. The interpretation of the data was carried out taking into account the ideas about the possible formation of the oil and gas potential of the Permian arch due to three oil systems – "riphean", "devonian terrigenous" and "domanic". The different composition of oil within the field ("diversity of properties") may indicate the features of hypergenic transformations of the composition of oil, as well as possible migration from several generation zones at different time stages. The relatively homogeneous properties of the oil at the Yarinsko-Kamennolozhskoye and Osinskoye fields are interpreted as the result of generation in sources that are productive in volume and intensive in time, and according to the characteristics of the physical-chemical clusters probably belonging to different zones of generation of the "domanic" system.Рассмотрены физико-химические свойства нефтей месторождений Пермского свода. На основе 838 проб нефтей семи палеозойских газонефтяных комплексов установлены диапазоны физико-химических показателей – плотности нефти, содержания серы, азота, смол, асфальтенов, парафинов и металлопорфиринов. Физико-химические характеристики нефтей рассматриваются как идентификаторы условий формирования нефтегазоносности. Путем выполнения кластерного анализа на основе 353 проб выделено пять однородных физико-химических групп нефтей (кластеров). Свойства нефтей по нефтегазоносным комплексам и кластерам представлены на диаграммах «box plot». Интерпретация данных проведена с учетом представлений о возможном формировании нефтегазоносности Пермского свода за счет трех нефтяных систем – «рифейской», «девонской терригенной» и «доманиковой». Различные по составу нефти в пределах месторождения («пестрота свойств») могут свидетельствовать об особенностях гипергенных преобразованиях состава нефтей, а также о возможной миграции из нескольких зон генерации на различных временных этапах. Относительно однородные свойства нефтей на Яринско-Каменноложском и на Осинском месторождениях интерпретируются как результат генерации в источниках, продуктивных по объему и интенсивных во времени, причем по характеристикам физико-химических кластеров нефти этих месторождений вероятно относятся к разным зонам генерации «доманиковой» системы

Characterization of organic contaminants in industrial wastewaters from direct discharges and their behavior in fluvial systems of North Rhine-Westphalia

Intensive anthropogenic exploration of surface waters has lead to the significant contamination of fluvial systems in highly industrialized and densely populated regions. Besides municipal discharges, industrial point sources make substantial contribution to the pollution of river waters emitting a wide range of organic contaminants. Specific character of industrial effluents is represented by high contaminant concentration values and their strong fluctuations, as well as by a wide range of chemical substances because of the high molecular variety of the types of production activities. Their unique appearance within a spatially defined river section receiving wastewater discharge from a particular industrial source allows detection of compounds that can be characteristic for a certain industrial branch or production process. Despite large amount of studies performed on the characterization of industrial effluents from various industrial branches, there is a gap in information on the specificity of contaminants in terms of their molecular structure. At the same time, the detailed study of the distribution and fate of organic pollutants in the surface waters with their attribution to a specific point source is necessary. Based on detailed GC-MS analyses, the molecular diversity of industrial effluents, particularly, from petroleum refinery and oil production, chemical manufacturing, paper and food production sites, and a power station, discharged to the rivers in North Rhine-Westphalia was characterized in order to determine specific industrial markers and so far unknown environmental contaminants. Identification and quantification of potential industrial indicators, which are characteristic for certain industrial branches or production processes, e.g. petroleum and oil production, chemical manufacturing, and paper processing sites), has been performed. A number of environmentally relevant and structurally specific substances were identified. The determination of the distribution of organic constituents within industrial plants is important for the evaluation of a potential anthropogenic impact of industrial discharges resulted from occasional releases of pollutants during industrial accidents. Due to the lack of ecotoxicological data for many wastewater constituents the environmental effects of industrial emissions are often unpredictable. Non-target screening of raw and treated wastewaters allowed the identification of new environmental contaminants that have never been detected in the industrial wastewaters and compounds for which the information on their industrial application and ecotoxicological effects is limited. Monitoring of the environmental distribution of certain environmentally relevant and newly described pollutants in the contaminated river systems allowed the identification of several industrial site-specific markers. The approach proposed in this study goes beyond the scope of the standard environmental regulation procedures and is important for efficient source identification in polluted aquatic systems and better evaluation of possible environmental impact of anthropogenic emissions
