    Este art铆culo muestra los resultados de un proyecto de dise帽o y desarrollo de un sistema de adquisici贸n de datos en tiempo real de un Sistema de Generaci贸n de Energ铆a E贸lica (SGEE) desde un Centro de Monitoreo a trav茅s de Internet. El SGEE est谩 emplazado en un predio con acceso a Internet y posee un puerto serial RS-232. El Servidor utiliza un puerto Ethernet para conectarse a Internet. Para la realizaci贸n de adaptaci贸n de dichas interfases, se utilizo un dispositivo conversor de norma. Se instrument贸 y ensay贸 exitosamente la adquisici贸n de variables del Sistema Integrado de Control E贸lico (SICE) en tiempo real, almacen谩ndose la informaci贸n en archivos usando un software SCADA dise帽ado para tal fin. En s铆ntesis, este sistema permite el monitoreo remoto del SICE desde cualquier lugar del mundo v铆a Web.This article presents the design and development project results of a data acquisition system in real time of a Wind Power Generation System (SGEE), from a Monitoring Center through Internet. The SGEE is located in a place with access to Internet and owns a RS-232 serial port. The Server uses an Ethernet port to connect itself to Internet. For the accomplishment of adaptation of these interphases, a device norm converter was used. The variables acquisition of the Wind Power Integrated Control System (SICE) in real time was orchestrated and tested successfully, storing to the information in archives using a software SCADA designed for such aim.     Este art铆culo muestra los resultados de un proyecto de investigaci贸n destinado a comunicar una estaci贸n meteorol贸gica mediante tecnolog铆a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), con el fin de adquirir en forma remota, las variables sensadas. Para realizar el v铆nculo entre la Estaci贸n Meteorol贸gica Remota y el Centro de Monitoreo, se utilizaron transmisores de muy baja potencia y bajo costo. La Estaci贸n se comunica bajo la norma de comunicaci贸n serial RS-232 con un modulo de comunicaci贸n inal谩mbrico Full-Duplex, que mediante tecnolog铆a GPRS, establece el enlace con otro modulo similar, el cual, bajo la norma de comunicaci贸n serial USB transfiere los datos de la Estaci贸n Meteorol贸gica al Centro de Monitoreo donde se almacenan los mismos, para su posterior procesamiento y visualizaci贸n en tiempo real.This article shows the results of an investigation project destined to communicate a weather station by means of technology GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), with the purpose of to acquire in remote form, the registered variables. In order to realise the bond between Remote the Weather station and the Center of Monitoring, were used transmitters of very low power and low cost. Also, the system for the acquisition of real-time weather variables was tested and the information was stored in archives using the weather station software. In summary, commonly the weather station is communicated to the computer through a serial cable in a short distance.     Este trabajo presenta el dise帽o, desarrollo e implementaci贸n del hardware y el software embebido de una estaci贸n meteorol贸gica de bajo costo, que incluye un sistema de comunicaci贸n por radioenlace para monitoreo y control remoto. Para ello se utiliz贸 una tarjeta de desarrollo microcontrolada gen茅rica con perif茅ricos orientados a aplicaciones de conectividad. Se incorpor贸 un sistema de posicionamiento global que permite identificar la ubicaci贸n exacta, altitud y hora GMT de dichas estaciones. Esto permiti贸 que la informaci贸n de estaciones meteorol贸gicas que son de recolecci贸n manual de datos, se obtenga en tiempo real.This paper presents the design, development and implementation of the hardware and embedded software of a meteorological low-cost station, which includes a communication system by radio link for monitoring and remote control. To do this a generic microcontrolled card for connectivity applications was developed. A global positioning system that allows identifying the exact location, altitude and GMT time of these stations was incorporated. Abstract -The parasitic capacitances of transformers significantly influence the resulting pulse shape of a power modulator system. In order to predict the pulse shape and optimize the geometry of the pulse transformer before building the transformer, an equivalent circuit and analytic expressions relating the geometry with the parasitic elements are needed. Therefore, a model consisting of 6 equivalent capacitors and a simplified circuit, as well as the belonging equations, are presented. The equations are verified by measurement results for a pulse transformer and a solid-state modulator designed for linear accelerators
