By using SWOT Analysis tools, it is found that the main strengths are the progress in the professions, increasing of the development of their knowledge potential and fame. The main weakness is the lack of understanding of how to write teaching documents, lack of time, and lack of interesting research topics. An opportunity is the mandatory criteria of the university. The faculty has financial support for academic positions and other rights from academic positions. The threat is the lack of research budget. The faculty does not have specialized counseling officers and frequently change the assessment criteria.
We use the results of the SWOT analysis to group relationships with the TOWS Metrix tool, analyzed in the form of a matrix relationship to define different types of strategies, to suggest the results of the study in formulating policies to help support and encourage faculty members of the faculty that can further be determined for academic.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The first objective is to fabrication of bioactive glass ceramics containing BaFe12O19 (BF) crystals has been carried out for the application in hyperthermia treatment. The BaFe12O19 powder was firstly prepared and subsequently mixed with the non-silicate P2O5-CaO-Na2O bioactive glass with various BF concentrations. After that, the glass ceramics were produced via a sintering method at 600âĶC and their crystal phases were examined by XRD and in vitro test was carried out by soaking in simulated body fluid. Remanence and saturation magnetization and coercivity were deduced from magnetic measurement. It was found that the samples exhibited magnetic behavior which is similar to hard magnetic materials.
Our second objective is the effects of sintering temperatures on the physical, and bioactivity of SrFe12O19 (SF)-P2O5-CaO-Na2O bioglass ceramics were investigated. XRD results confirmed the existence of the strontium ferrite and calcium phosphate phases. SEM images showed that grain size, and hardness were related to density and liquid phase present in the samples. A maximum coercivity value of 3138 Oe was obtained for the bioglass ceramic sintered at 600 šC. The remanence (Mr) and saturation magnetization (Ms) of the bioglass ceramic sintered at 500 šC possess the maximum value of 6.35 and 10.64 emu/g, respectively. Moreover, the apatite was formed on the surface layers of the bioglass ceramics confirming their biocompatibilityRajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The glasses were prepared by conventional melting of the coprecipitation derived starting products and heat treated at different temperatures. The structure mechanical properties and microstructure of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Vicker hardness, energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDXA) and scanning electron microscopy. The data showed that the samples with condition Li1-1450 and heated treatment at 830 C having high strength and proper crystallinity showed good translucency, which comparable with that of the sample from factory. XRD analysis revealed that the peak corresponds to the crystallization of Li2SiO3, SiO2or Li6SiO8which are important phases have effect to increasing the mechanical properties of samples.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
Scratch-Induced Deformation of Poly(methyl methacrylate) under Dry and Wet Conditions
ABSTRACT Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), transparent thermoplastic materials similar to glass, was applied in several wide-ranging applications such as cell phone display screens, transparent windows and signboards. However, they are soft and easily appeared poorly transparent properties when getting scratches on their surfaces of applications under dry and wet conditions. Therefore, in this research, the features of PMMA materials after scratch damage was studied by diamond scratch tester under various loads at different environments. The optical microscope was thus applied to investigate the morphology of scratch track on the materials. In addition, the scratch resistance was analyzed by the scratch tester. From the results, the scratch depth was increased with an increasing load in both conditions as well as with the higher stress concentration. The scratch hardness, specific scratch wear rate and scratch coefficient of friction related with the applied load that it affected elastic and plastic deformation state

It was improved the strength by adding the filler such as iron, alumina or silica. Generally, the epoxy adhesive was mixed with iron for application in the metal adhesive. The mechanical properties were importance of adhesive. Because, it was one factor for lifetime limit. The iron/epoxy was casted in the magnetic field which was alignment with surface of samples. The alignment of iron particles was induced with magnetic fields. The mechanical properties and wear behavior of samples were investigated hardness and wear test. It was found that the alignment of iron particles in the epoxy were improves hardness and wear.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho

The result is a dark green essential oil with a pleasant aroma when mixed with liquid hand soap and natural residues such as water extracted from silkworm cocoons to add moisture and lye to remove it. Reduce the use of chemical flavoring agents, the use of coloring chemicals, the use of moisturizing agents, and the use of degreasers. In this research, the formula for hand washing liquid soap using 80 ml. of essential oil from kaffir lime peel is the right amount, resulting in liquid hand soap with a pH value of 7.3, which is the value that is in the standard for mixed liquid soap products. However, repurposing such materials can reduce their environmental impact, for instance, plastic foam waste can be made into pots for planting different types of plants and trees. By mixing the foam with a suitable cement in a ratio of 1:1, a large range of pot diameters from 4.5-10 inches can be produced suitable for both indoor and outdoor planting requirements. These pot products suitable for growing plants of all sizes are durable, unbreakable, water tight. Therefore, it is a product that repurposes the leftovers from the community, and may even add value. This strategy helps reduce the problem of waste, and in particular encourages replenishment of green space to nature and the environment which also helps to combat global warming.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
