The article proposes a model for forecasting crossborder e-commerce market development. In this context, development is defined as positive shift in the volume of goods transported across the customs border via the e-commerce infrastructure. Proposed model allows forecasting of shifts in relatively stable institutional conditions.В статье предложена модель прогнозирования развития трансграничного рынка электронной коммерции. В этом контексте развитие определяется как позитивный сдвиг в объеме товаров, перемещаемых через таможенную границу с помощью инфраструктуры электронной торговли. QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION OF THE DIRECTION OF THE STATE CUSTOMS POLICY

The article discusses the method of macroeconomic assessment of the state customs policy. The methodology is based on a comparison of weighted average tariffs of import customs duties on the structure of imports and on the structure of national production of the state in question. Their comparison allows us to quantify the level of customs and tariff protection of national production.В статье рассмотрена методика макроэкономической оценки таможенной политики государства. В основу методики положено сравнение средневзвешенных тарифов ввозных таможенных пошлин по структуре импорта и по структуре национального производства рассматриваемого государства. Их сравнение позволяет количественно оценить уровень таможенно-тарифной защиты национального производства

METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE EFFICIENCY OF CUSTOMS RISK MANAGEMENT

The article proposes a model for assessing the efficiency of the functioning of the customs risk management system. The model is based on the theoretical and probabilistic representation of the process of possible violation of customs legislation by participants in foreign economic activity. The peculiarity of the model consists in the complex accounting of the direct and latent effects of the functioning of the customs risk management system. The initial information of the model is made up of statistical data on the results of its functioning
