Effect of doubling the number of winding phases on selected parameters of a 3-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor on the example of an eKIT drive motor for electric vehicles

W artykule opisano wpływ podwojenia liczby faz w silniku synchronicznym z magnesami trwałymi na wybrane parametry elektryczne i mechaniczne silnika, na przykładzie silnika napędu eKIT przeznaczonego dla elektrycznie napędzanych pojazdów dostawczych o dopuszczalnej masie całkowitej do 3.5 t i mobilnych maszyn specjalnych. Szczegółowo przedstawiono konstrukcję uzwojenia w wariancie 3-fazowym i sposób przekształcenia 3-fazowego uzwojenia symetrycznego w dwugwiazdowe asymetryczne uzwojenie 6-fazowe. Następnie przedstawiono wyniki obliczeń elektromagnetycznych i porównano wybrane parametry elektryczne i mechaniczne silników w wariantach z 3- i 6-fazowym uzwojeniem twornika.The article describes the effect of doubling the number of phases in a permanent magnet synchronous motor on selected electrical and mechanical parameters of the motor, based on the example of an eKIT drive motor intended for electrically driven delivery vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 t and special mobile machines. The construction of the winding in the 3-phase variant and the method of transforming a 3-phase symmetrical winding into a double-star asymmetric 6-phase winding are presented in detail. Then, the results of electromagnetic calculations are presented and selected electrical and mechanical parameters of motors in variants with 3- and 6- phase armature windings are compared

Electromagnetic calculation of the fine magnetic particle separator with the concentrated winding exciter

W artykule opisano modernizację obwodu elektromagnetycznego (wzbudnika) separatora zaprojektowanego około 50 lat temu. Separator jest stosowany w przemyśle górniczym i służy do oddzielania drobnych cząstek magnetycznych od niemagnetycznych. Głównym elementem roboczym separatora jest wzbudnik elektromagnetyczny zasilany 3-fazowym prądem przemiennym, który wytwarza wędrujące pole magnetyczne. Pole ciągnie za sobą cząsteczki magnetyczne, które gromadzą się na krawędzi separatora, skąd są usuwane. W ten sposób cząstki magnetyczne są oddzielane. Do takiego zadania zaproponowano zmodernizowaną konstrukcję wzbudnika separatora, która może zastąpić stary separator, przy znacznie mniejszych wymiarach gabarytowych i masie. Nową konstrukcję separatora opracowano na bazie silników liniowych projektowanych wcześniej w instytucie Łukasiewicz - KOMEL.The article describes the modernization of an electromagnetic circuit (exciter) of a separator designed about 50 years ago. This separator is used in the mining industry and is designed to separate fine magnetic particles (powder) from non-magnetic ones. The main working element of the separator is an electromagnetic exciter powered by 3-phase alternating current, which generates a running magnetic field. The field pulls magnetic particles that accumulate at the edge of the separator, from where they are removed. In this way, the magnetic particles are separated. For such a task, a modernized design of the separator exciter has been proposed, which can replace the old separator, with much smaller dimensions and weight

Intersubjective Traps over Tricks on the Kazakhstani Puppet Stage: Animation as Dicentization

This article introduces puppet animation as a process of dicentization, in which the puppet's resemblance to a living creature is treated as if it resulted from the object being alive. This act requires recognition that the puppet is only an object, accompanied by a momentary forgetting. At a state-funded theater in Kazakhstan, animation is achieved through a complex participant framework. Any component can jeopardize successful animation, yet this configuration enables a range of possibilities for how animation can unfold. A director's shifting of animation techniques transformed social relations and enabled artists to play with new possibilities of puppetry. Coordinating animation requires—and thus assigns—values to those who participate. Understanding animation as dicentization highlights the endeavor as one that generates signs across the proscenium
