Women Leaders in the Art Market

Sotheby’s Institute of Art, New York, is delighted to launch a new Speaker Series bringing together leading artists, curators, and art professionals from the art world in a public forum to exchange ideas and to foster an open dialogue about the state of the art market and art making today. The inaugural panel discussion, Women Leaders in the Art Market, brings together contemporary art market influencers, Marianne Boesky of the Marianne Boesky Gallery, Amy Cappellazzo, Chairman of Global Fine Arts at Sotheby’s, Elizabeth Dee of the Elizabeth Dee Gallery and Independent Art Fair, and Touria El Glaoui of 1:54 Contemporary African Art Fair. This event will coincide with the reopening of the campus after an extensive renovation and expansion.
