Considering the fact that in recent years, due to economic conditions in our country, lending tohouseholds through pawnshops experienced significant growth, in the next article we tried to highlight, both interms of tax and accounting, the activity of these businesses. The training program “Process Consultation - an Intervention Model” is conceptually covered by the existing management and quality assurance system in Romania, starting from the premise that any activity carried out in school should have as aim to improve quality, reflected in pupils through good and very good results, “wellbeing” and the progress they have made. HISTO-ANATOMICAL AND CHROMATOGRAPHIC RESEARCHES ON ZIZIPHORA CAPITATA L. (LAMIACEAE) SPECIES

Concerning Ziziphora capitata L. (Lamiaceae) species, the paper presents the histo-anatomical analysis of root, aboveground stem and leaf, along with the chromatographic investigations of the polyphenols in the aerial parts. Caffeic acid (126.2 μg/mL) and rutin (171.3 μg/mL) were identified in the 20% methanolic extract of Ziziphorae capitatae herba, by thin-layer chromatography coupled with photodensitometry
