Jedan od glavnih ciljeva odgoja i obrazovanja za održiv razvoj jest povećanje svijesti djece o potrebi zaštite prirodne, materijalne i nematerijalne baštine općenito, te njegovanje tradicijskih običaja, vrijednosti i duha u nacionalnom i lokalnom kontekstu. Kroz prirodnu i kulturnu baštinu svog kraja i zavičaja stječu se nova znanja, istražuju načini održivijeg života, grade se iskustva ‘iz prve ruke’, otkrivaju ‘blaga svoga zavičaja’, što nam u konačnici pomaže da bismo bolje razumjeli sami sebe, ljude i raznoliki svijet oko nas
Digitalization from HRM perspective
Tehnologija, avtomatizacija in umetna inteligenca so pred vrati. Mi smo ljudje, vedno nas nekaj žene naprej. To je šele začetek potovanja, ampak vsekakor smo že naredili začetne korake.
Kaj nam prinaša digitalizacija? Boljši jutri ali veliko težav, glede na to, da se osnove uspešnega poslovanja, ki temeljijo na pomembnosti človeških virov, zelo hitro zamenjujejo s pomembnostjo robotizacije in s tem tudi digitalizacije. Po eni strani prinaša zapiranje velikega števila delovnih mest, zamenjava človeških virov z roboti, po drugi strani pa odpiranje novih poklicev in novih delovnih mest, ki so vse bolj navezana na IT sektor (informacijsko tehnološki). Ali se približujemo obdobju, ko se niti ne bomo mogli najesti, če ne bomo računalniško izobraženi? Ali digitalizacija uničuje več delovnih mest, kot jih odpira? Obstaja kakšen način predvidevanja končnega izida?
Glede na status delavcev: ali bomo vsi postali samozaposleni? Ali je to konec dela za plačilo ali pa začetek novih in bolj fleksibilnih oblik zaposlovanja, ki že ustrezajo željam samih delavcev? Na področju usposabljanja: Ali se bomo morali vsi usposobiti kot računalniški inženirji? Katere nove oblike usposabljanja bo zahtevala »digitalna revolucija«? Bomo priča pojavu novih delitev med različnimi kategorijami delavcev?
V magistrski nalogi obravnavamo digitalizacijo, industrijsko revolucijo 4.0 ter 5.0 z vidika managementa človeških virov in njene učinke na trg dela, status delavcev, pogoje dela in usposabljanje delavcev. Poudarek je na vprašanju, kaj nam prinaša novo obdobje »digitalne revolucije«. Magistrska naloga je teoretična, empirična raziskava ni izvedena. V magistrski nalogi teoretično predstavljamo digitalizacijo, industrijsko revolucijo 4.0, management človeških virov, učinke digitalizacije na trg dela, pogoje za delo, usposabljanje delavcev.
Sklep zajema ključne ugotovitve in misli, ki smo jih pridobili skozi izdelavo magistrske naloge. Za zaključek smo podali subjektivno mnenje o tem, kaj nam prinaša novo obdobje digitalizacije, glede na delavce ter usposabljanje za delo v tem obdobju digitalizacije.Technology, automation and artificial intelligence are in front of our doors. We people are like that- something is always pushing us forward. It is just the beginning of the journey but we have made the first steps.
What will digitalization bring us? Is it a better tomorrow or much more problems, since successful business is based on the importance of human resources, which may very quickly be replaced with robotization and digitalization. On the one hand, it involves the closure of a large number of jobs, replacements of human resources with robots, on the other hand, the opening of new professions and new jobs, which are increasingly attached to the IT sector. Are we approaching a period where we cannot even eat if we are not computer educated? Is digitalization going to close much more jobs then it will make new job positions? Is there any way of predicting the final result of that?
Concerning the status of workers: are all of us going to be self-employed? Is this the end of working for payment or is it the beginning of new, flexible ways of employment, which are more suitable for workers’ wishes? In the field of employee training: will we all have to be trained as computer engineers? What new forms of training will require a "digital revolution"? Will we see the emergence of new divisions among the different categories of workers?
In this master paper we discuss digitalization, industry revolution 4.0 and 5.0 from the HRM perspective and its impact on the labour market, status of workers, working conditions and training of employees. The emphasis is on the question of what the new era of "digital revolution" brings us. Here we represent theoretical views of Industry revolution 4.0., digitalization, HRM, the effects of digitalization on the labour market, working conditions, training of employees. The conclusion covers the key findings and thoughts that we gained through the preparation of the master thesis. To conclude, we gave a subjective view of what the new era of digitalization brings us, with regard to workers and training for work in this era of digitalization
