Evaluation of HSP70, 27 and TNF-a expression in different canine cutaneous and gland diseases

HSP70, HSP27 and TNF-a were measured by immunoblotting in samples of pathological and healthy cutaneous and gland tissues (20 dogs of different ages and sex). HSP70 and HSP27 expressions are respectively characterized by a significant increase (p<0.01) and decrease in pathological tissues compared to healthy ones. Preliminary detections on TNF-a don\u2019t show significant differences. This work underlines the importance of HSPs and cytokines and the close relationships with several pathological conditions. Further investigations will be carry out to obtain valid markers for neoplasm in dogs tissue
