Strain Properties of Thin Film Systems Based on Ni and Ag
Research results of influence of a uniform magnetic field by induction of 200 mT on the longitudinal
gauge factor of nanocrystalline film systems of Ni/Ag/Ni with different thickness of non-magnetic layer of
Ag within elastic deformation up to 1 are presented. The paper describes methods of forming three-layer
structure based on thin films Ni and Ag and research of the structure and phase composition of the obtained
samples. The correlation between the factor value of the longitudinal gauge and structural-phase
state of film systems is set.

Magnetoresistive Properties of Three-Layer Systems on the Basis of Thin Metal Films Fe and V or Ni and V
The paper deals with the methods of forming three-layer structures by layer condensation of nanoscale
films Ni, Fe and V. Investigated the magnetoresistive properties of the samples as well as their dependence
on annealing temperature and the thickness of nonmagnetic layer. The correlation of magnetoresistance
effect with structural-phase state of film system and its components are defined.

Influence of deposition conditions on morphological, structural, optical and electro-physical properties of ZnSe films obtained by close-spaced vacuum sublimation
ZnSe thin films were deposited on well-cleaned glass substrates by the close-spaced
vacuum sublimation technique. Various structural, sub-structural and optical properties
have been investigated through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction
(XRD), spectral photometry, Raman spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR)
spectroscopy. Electro-physical studies were performed using an ITO/ZnSe/In “sandwich”
structure.The correlation between the films structure and their optical and electro-
physical properties was estimated. The evaluated films were fine-crystalline, with their
grain size depending on the substrate temperature. The optical band gap was estimated
through optical measurements and the high optical qualities of the ZnSe films were

Формування фазового складу та електрофізичних властивостей плівкових систем Ni/Fe та Cr/Fe
Перспективи застосування тонких металевих
плівок в ряді сучасних новітніх технологій зумовлено як вимогами
мініатюризації, так і часто їх унікальними властивостями. Впровадження
новітньої магніто-плівкової головки на основі сплаву FeNi з її незаперечними
перевагами, такими як надвисокою чутливістю до корисного сигналу і
низькою до шуму, мініатюрністю і малою вагою, дозволяє фіксувати магнітні
сигнали рівня недосяжного іншими технологіями.

Magnetooptical Properties of Film Systems Based on Ferromagnetic Materials
In this work presented results of magneto-optic Kerr effect experimental investigations in rhin-film systems based on Ni and V and also on Co (10 nm), Fe20Ni80 (20 nm) films and Co(10)/Fe20Ni80(20)/S double-plate as a sensitive elements of magnetic film transmitters. Were shown dimensional and temperature dependencies of this effect. It was estimated a correlation between magneto-optical properties and multilayer systems composition
