Ecoarte: Una oportunidad para conocer la biodiversidad y cuidar el medio ambiente

La enseñanza de las artes plásticas en la educación primaria permite a los estudiantes, entre muchas cosas, expresar sus emociones, experimentar con diferentes técnicas y materiales, tener una aproximación a la historia y la cultura a través del estudio y contemplación de las grandes obras y fortalecer la creatividad, el pensamiento divergente y el desarrollo motriz. Ahora bien, atendiendo a las necesidades educativas actuales, el estudio del arte en la escuela no debe ser entendido como un fin en sí mismo, sino un medio para movilizar diferentes competencias y saberes en los estudiantes, superando el discurso del arte por el arte, para aportar a su desarrollo como sujetos sociales, fortaleciendo las habilidades necesarias para enfrentar los retos que la contemporaneidad impone, atendiendo a las problemáticas propias de cada comunidad y contexto a las que va dirigida la enseñanza.The teaching of visual arts in primary education allows students, among many things, to express their emotions, experiment with different techniques and materials, to have an approach to history and culture through the study and contemplation of great works and to enhance creativity, divergent thinking and motor development.
