Issues of Censorship

Sparked by the Ontario Censor Board's seizure of tapes and equipment at an A Space screening in Toronto in 1984, this collection of articles and art works explores critical views surrounding censorship in Ontario and Canada. Issues addressed include the politics of representation, the definition of freedom of speech and the relationship between anti-pornography legislation and the control of sexuality.
