Notes on the Siberian representatives of the genus Acrydium Geoffr. (Orthopt.)

During the last five years I have accumulated a small but interesting collection of the Siberian forms of the genus Acrydium Geoffr. (= Tettix Charp.) The collection contains some interesting species and subspecies of this difficult genus; two species and one subspecies are new for science, while some forms are new for Siberia. Orthoptera Palaeartica Critica: XL. The group Chrgsochraontes (Acrid.)

Mr. James A. G. Rehn recently published an interesting paper (Rehn, 1928) in which he described two new genera and made valuable suggestions as to the relationship of the genera and species, helonging to this group of Acrididae. Unfortunately this author has not had before him all of the Palaearctic species and therefore bis generic assemblages are not quite complete and not always natural. As I have studied representatives of all Palaearctic and Nearctic genera and of practically all species, I venture to offer here a review of Palaearctic species of the group.Peer reviewe
